We had a family vacation in July 2024. Overall, we liked it. Large well-maintained territory, good pools and slides for adults and children. We had a large, almost three-room family room, with normal furniture. They cleaned in different ways, when it was good, when only the garbage was taken away. Two disadvantages of the hotel: a crowd in the main restaurant in search of a free table for breakfast and dinner and a lack of sun beds at the two main pools. But we always found at least one sunbed, we never occupied it in advance. The food is without frills, but you will not be hungry. Features of the entrance to the sea: it is necessary to enter to the right of the pier, preferably from the territory of a neighboring hotel (no one drives, the separation is very conditional on the beach), the entrance there is quite comfortable. The children are ready to go into Euphoria once again.

We liked the hotel, we had a rest in early October 2024, a huge well-groomed territory, the clearest sea, a spacious two-room family room, friendly staff, WiFi throughout the territory, children's slides and attractions, almost round-the-clock food, ice cream, animation, children's discos, you can go on endlessly. The children are delighted. Very cute girls at the kids club. But there were nuances, as in all hotels of this price category. If you are aware of them, you will not be too upset and you will enjoy your vacation.
These are: rocky bottom, tired rooms, toilet is far from the restaurant, there is nowhere to wash your hands, there is no noise insulation, take earplugs, the Germans are very noisy)) some cats are aggressive, one almost attacked the child, if you come to the end of dinner or lunch, it will be hard to find a plate and fork, queues for pancakes, pizza and waffles, coffee is good only in the lobby, and it's a long way to go there. But in general, we were satisfied. The hotel is consistent in price and quality. I put 4 for tasteless soups and porridges, it is difficult to feed a 2-4 year old child.

We were a family on a week-long vacation at the hotel, in general everything is quite good, I was very pleased that the staff was always ready to help and go to a meeting.
The hotel is more for a family holiday in the "seal" mode, because we were with a small child, we needed it, the variety of food is not very large, but you can always find something to eat, but they do not know how to cook soups and porridges, in all soups there is a taste of a cube, and porridges are just cereals filled with milk, but Again, there were other dishes for lunch and breakfast that you could take, so you won't stay hungry.
There are several cafes on the territory that open closer to 11, there are pizza, waffles, baked potatoes, various snacks on the beach, in general it's fine.
I was very pleased with the fish restaurant, it was very tasty and if in many hotels the restaurant has about the same food as on the buffet, then this is not the case.
The only drawback is that the floors in the room are sooo dirty, you walk through once and your feet are black, but at the same time they clean and put new slippers every day and often faced with the fact that there was no ice on the bar.
The beach is clean, there have always been enough sun beds for everyone, but it is better to enter the water from the right side, actually through the territory of the neighboring hotel, because when entering the water in a straight line from the sun beds there is a large boulder, with a child it is very dangerous.
Once we decided to go to the pool, here it is a little more difficult with places, because people occupy sunbeds with towels from early morning, and sometimes at night, and as usually happens, many come after lunch or closer to it, and because of this there is nowhere to sit, but in general it was not important to us, because That we were on the beach.
The evening animation is not the same as it used to be, in our understanding the Turkish night, it's something wow, the dancers just came out here (apparently beginners) and performed for an hour with the program in the same composition.
In general, a good hotel for a family holiday.

I really liked the hotel. We had a vacation with my husband from September 26 to October 5, 2024. The restaurant is well organized. Everything is delicious and fresh. There was enough of everything. Of course, there are no special delicacies that we are used to seeing in five. Well, you have to understand the price and quality, respectively.The food is varied. I will not repeat myself. There are many reviews about the beach. The beach is super, there are a lot of sun beds, a lot of pools.The territory is incredibly beautiful and well maintained. The room was newly renovated. We were very well cleaned. The floors were washed with disinfectants. Bed linen and towels were changed every day. Our parrot friend will be remembered for a long time. We will definitely come again. It was a hotel for relatively reasonable money.. Good food, varied.. Any meat, fish every day, vegetables, fruits, everything was there.. Good sea, lots of fish.. Going into the sea is not very good, but the aquashouses were helpful.. Weak animation.. The rooms were cleaned, but not every day, for 12 days of rest the bedspreads were never changed, and they were originally with some stains.. There is not much vegetation.. I liked the large territory, it somewhat resembled a sanatorium.. In general, everything is fine.

Vacation -September 2024.
We got into a pioneer camp, a lot of two-storey buildings, very convenient and thoughtful, a huge number of vacationers meet only in the restaurant, dispersed throughout the day.
The beach is large, but by our arrival the wind blew away the awnings, no one began to pull them up, they went into the sea from the pier, it's more convenient this way.
The restaurant was not surprised by the variety of dishes, except for the lack of appliances and plates.
Cleaning was done every day, but the staff was already tired by the end of the season.
The lack of beach towels was annoying, they were brought in small quantities, there was not enough for everyone.
In general, the rest was a success if you close your eyes to a lot and if the price of the tour would have been more modest.

The hotel is not bad, in general, I was satisfied with my stay there, but there are moments. The rooms are quite cramped, the three of us lived, there is not enough space for three people, there are no normal bedside tables for small things. Cleaning, as everywhere else, is purely symbolic. The linen was changed once in 10 days, but that's how it was stated. Towels were changed regularly and toilet paper was brought in large quantities. Although it says that the minibar is not replenished, the maid added carbonated drinks and juices. The food was delicious and varied enough, but by the end of the vacation, closer to the closing of the hotel, there was only a little, if you came closer to the end of lunch, you could stay hungry, although people continued to come. There are snacks on the beach and by the pool. The pizza is very tasty. Bartenders, especially on the beach, are very slow. They seem to be glowing, they seem to be doing everything, but the queues were always huge. And sometimes they could hang out and just stand and chat with one of the Turkish guests for a few minutes, and let everyone else wait....There are a lot of Germans in the hotel who smoke a lot, on the beach and in the restaurant. Because of this, they always ate indoors, because you will only breathe smoke on the street. The territory is large and green, which is both a plus and a minus. Yes, it's beautiful, there is a place to walk, but everything is far away. We also had a house that was more or less close to the restaurant and the sea, but it still took an awful lot of time to get back and forth. Honestly, we're tired of walking. Don't run back to your room if you forgot something. The main disadvantage is that in the evenings they seemed to water the lawns with sewage, After dinner you leave the restaurant and have to run away from the hotel, because the territory smelled like shit. It only didn't smell on Sundays. Apparently, the gardener has the day off. The beach itself is not bad, there are quite a lot of sun beds, but when the hotel is full, they are not enough, of course, but the entrance to the water is terrible. You need to go to the right, where the territory of the neighboring hotel begins. You can adjust, well, or you can wear sneakers. I didn't really follow the animation. One evening there was live music, one evening karaoke. There was another show, but I didn't watch it. In short, we had a good rest. But I'm unlikely to come here a second time. The place is remote, the hotel is isolated. I like the place to be bigger and have a place to walk.

A large well-groomed territory, rooms in small houses, a large beach, sun loungers can always be found, water slides, hammam, massage are available for children.
Poor room cleaning (floors are not wiped), food is being served, normal coffee is only available at the reception bar. It is better not to dry towels and linen on the balconies of the 1st floor. Cats sleep on them. It's a long way from the airport.

We stayed at the hotel in September 2023 and in June 2024. A good hotel, of the presented hotels in the village, the most budget. But, it matches the price/quality.
Advantages of the hotel:
A huge, beautiful and well-thought-out territory.
There are many pools (4). They are clean and chlorinated. There are always free sun beds.
Water slides for adults (5) and separately for children.
There is a lot of food, but by the 10th day of rest I was tired) I wanted borscht, pancakes and dumplings😋
Meat dishes are chicken, turkey, veal, ground beef. As well as steamed and grilled fish (and this is every day! for lunch and dinner). Lots of vegetables and fruits, cheeses and yoghurts. The side dish is always rice, pasta with sauce, spaghetti, mashed potatoes, French fries (very tasty), various vegetable stews, legumes. They make rolls for dinner. There are a lot of pastries, but not particularly tasty.
Nice beach, sand, but only pebbles. Lots of sun loungers. There are VIP cabins on the beach, rent 45 euros / day. I recommend it, we shot both that season and this one for all the rest days.
Good adult and children's animation.
During the day, various games (volleyball, bocce, aqua aerobics, fitness), in the evening, the numbers are shown by the groups performing. For kids, a mini club and, accordingly, a mini disco.
There are bazaars outside the territory, and a large store at the intersection. Actually, the village itself, where the Turks live. In general, there is a place to walk.
Disadvantages of the hotel:
The staff does not understand Russian well, if there are Russian speakers at the reception, then the junior staff does not understand at all. I had to communicate through the application in tlf.

The rooms are good (we had three rooms), but repairs would not hurt. It is partially made.
That season, the maid cleaned the floors well and washed the floors, in this, she was unlucky. I didn't wash the floors at all, I had to do it myself, I didn't clean the bathroom, krch, there was no benefit from it. They only asked to change the bed 1 time in three days and that's it.
There are a lot of Englishmen and they behave as if they are alone in the hotel. They are very loud, they drink in a way that we never dreamed of)
There are a lot of dirty dishes, a constant shortage of cutlery, mugs, fruits are not washed. Coffee machines don't work all the time, by the way, it's not delicious. Good coffee in the lobby and on the beach in VIP booths. Queues for grilling, pancakes, coffee.
As they say, there are a lot of cats here. That season, we lived on the 1st floor and they come into the room, through the balcony, sleep on the floor (they were chased at night). And they annoy you in the dining room, ask for food, rub against your feet. The staff does not react in any way, only sweeps up the leftovers behind them.
Not a very good entry into the sea, stove. But you can safely swim on the territory of the neighboring hotel. No one scolds. There's a shallow entrance without a stove.
In general, the hotel is good. I recommend.
In this village, as I wrote above, other hotels are much more expensive (for my family, the difference was from 130 thousand and above). That's why we decided to relax in it again, and spend the difference on shopping and excursions. Did I come back here? Definitely, yes 👍

I give 2 stars for the waiter who gave us a "shower" of champagne, and a very nice short waitress, whom the children loved so much, and who did her job very conscientiously. Another problem is that cigarettes and lighters were constantly stolen. I just left it unattended, and in a second it's gone. The toilet didn't work well in the room, there was mold in the bathroom. It's nice on the territory, but there was garbage:steers, cups, glasses were lying in the bushes on the beach. We rested there for 10 nights, after the 6th, the waiters, apparently, were already tired of us, served others in front of us without waiting in line, oohing, gasping, showing with their appearance that they were tired of us. In general, we have only earned 1 star. The place itself is nice, but there are a lot of nuances that should be improved.

Let's go by the cons and start with the sea. The entrance to the sea is disgusting, cobblestones and rock, there is nothing to do without coral slippers. You can normally go from the beaches of neighboring hotels, no one drives and it's not so sad there, just a large pebble that rises in waves and knocks on your feet. You can dive from the pier to avoid a bad approach.
On the way to the sea there is a picturesque bridge over a swamp where fish are bred, in calm weather there is a thick putrid ambergris. Fortunately, everything is fine with the wind by the sea and you don't have to enjoy the aromas very often.
On nutrition. You will not stay hungry, but you need to make an effort to do this. The dishes are washed with a dishwasher and put in the hall without checking, in order to get a really clean plate, you need to pay attention to this. There are not many places inside restaurants, but outside, either to sit in the sun and roast, or to be in the company of smoking people, to have a snack with thick smoke is not to everyone's liking. In general, you need to find a place, then a clean plate, then something to eat. Staff are scurrying between the tables with cleaning trolleys, and there is a built-in trash for food waste in the trolley. Two pools have slides, a children's and an adult version. It's nice, but only the blue one can be called full-fledged, which is monophonic - the rest are poorly docked, if you look at the back side, they lack mounting bolts. There is one in the photo.
There is cleaning in the room, but it consists in replacing linen and towels, as well as carelessly wiping visible parts of the floor to disperse everything in the corners. If you move any furniture, there will be a year's supply of dust, and I found the slippers of previous guests under the bed. The quality of floor cleaning can be judged by the soles of white slippers - in half an hour it turns black.
The wiring in the room was done by alternatively gifted people, you will never guess what exactly this or that switch is responsible for, there are no chandeliers and normal lighting, in the evenings the room is dim. Unfortunately, the phone aligns the colors, it was not possible to photograph the "intimate atmosphere". The bedside switches are controlled... bedside sockets. What for? The light in the bedroom turns on under the TV. The light in the toilet consists of 2 wall bulbs, one turns on from the hallway, the second from inside the toilet. What some switches are responsible for has not been found in two weeks, perhaps they are for beauty.
It is difficult to take a shower in the room, the water from it can flow at absolutely any temperature. You can desperately pull the adjustment of the faucet, this will only add to the cheerful chaos, but it will not affect the result.
You need to have your own soaps and shampoos, those that are washed from the hotel are extremely so-so.

You need a safe, or you can take turns in the room. At the spa, you will be persuaded before the visit to remove and leave all the jewelry in the room so as not to interfere with the massage, and while the masseur is squeezing you, the maid in the room is successfully looking for the removed gold. The complaint to the administration includes a tent - I was standing on the patio of our house and listened to the story on the phone that the maid responsible for our room was "under interrogation" right now and told them that she had not seen, heard or stolen anything. At that time, the maid in front of me was running back and forth changing towels in the room next door.
For two weeks there was a mattress on the patio by the stairs with traces of someone's surprise, fortunately it dried up in the heat and spoiled only the view. When they left, no one was going to clean it up.
What can I advise on the outcome? It is better to choose another hotel. It may be a little more expensive, but not so flawed.

We had a rest with a group of three adults and three children from 04.06.-14.06.2024.We arrived from St. Petersburg, it was already evening before we arrived.We were quickly settled in house number 3, room 1330 on the second floor.It is close to the restaurant, reception. We really liked everything in this hotel: the food, the sea, the attitude towards vacationers.We went for a massage, Kamila did a lymphatic drainage massage for me, her golden hands helped me a lot! We went to Belek to the Legend Park, we had been there before, they opened a new pavilion "Masha and the Bear", the children were fascinated.We went to the animation in the evening, we especially liked the retro evening, we danced heartily.In general, we liked everything, got a lot of positivity and great emotions.Thanks :Euphoria"!

We were at this hotel from October 1-7, 2024. The territory is large, clean, the sea is nearby, it takes about ten minutes to walk from us. But that's also with going to bars along the way. The food is normal, as it is everywhere in such hotels. Lots of fruits. There are also a lot of drinks. The husband is satisfied. There was no adult animation, but we don't need it. And the children were entertained. The territory is green, the rooms are in two-storey houses. We were generally accommodated in a large family room, although we were paid for the standard. The staff is polite. The managers are all Russian speakers. Special thanks to the manager at the reception, the girl Aikerim. Always attentive, smiling. It was nice talking to you. The beach is clean, there are a lot of sunbeds, there was enough for everyone. Russian Russians, Germans, British, and Russians were the main guests. No conflicts, everything is quiet, calm, pleasant and friendly. In general, I liked everything. If you like a relaxing holiday, I recommend it.

We had a rest in September 2024. The territory is large and well maintained, this is a plus. Animation is normal, also a plus.
There's a lot of food, but it's all the same. The queues are huge for pancakes, steaks, etc. Delicious. There is no children's menu at all.

The cherry on the cake - when I was in the shower, a 10cm rat without a tail came out of the drain.
The hotel did not offer any buns for this, only to move to the same standard room on the second floor. My child and I were small, there was no elevator, so we refused.
The rat was destroyed, the number was disinfected. And thanks for that.

The hotel is big, if you look at it as a whole, yes, you can relax. If you treat everything positively and do not pay attention and lie on the beach for days, everything is great (which we did) . But! It seems that there is a cleaning service, even with funds, but as soon as we entered the room, after 5 minutes (literally) the socks were just black, because the floors were terribly dirty. I had to take a rag, soap and wash the whole room 3 times!!! And only then it became slightly cleaner, but not 100%. The furniture and repairs in general are very old, the rooms clearly need renovation and just such a major one, with furniture replacement and complete repairs. The restaurant, in general, is not bad, everything is there, meat, fruits, side dishes, snacks, desserts, you will not be hungry. No complaints here, but! The appliances and plates leave much to be desired, they had to be wiped with wet wipes. There were constantly not enough clean appliances, if you do not come to the beginning, then that's it, you will run and practically fight for a fork with a knife. The pools are good, the animation is standard. But again, there is a but! The reception is just no matter what request we would have made, it feels like everything is a burden, it seems to nod yes, yes, but nothing happens. The staff is all tired, supposedly the end of the season, but it still seems like a whole month. Half of the staff at the bars don't even speak English, only Turkish. Almost half of the hotel was inhabited by Germans, who treat such problems easier, there is no problem in the common toilet barefoot, with your hands in the general distribution is not a question, so if you are a German at heart, feel free to go to this hotel! But if not, think about whether you are ready to put up with all the buts.

We had a rest in 2023 from September 9th to 16th. Overall, the hotel is not bad. A large territory and a lot of exotic plants, just an arboretum. It's really beautiful to walk around. The food is not too varied, but there is something to choose from. You won't stay hungry. The beach is on the level, everything is well thought out. Clean, there were enough beds for everyone. The entrance to the sea is better from the pier. Evening performances are a special respect, very professional groups performed. The hotel staff is very friendly and prompt. On the second day, the refrigerator stopped working, they called the reception desk and an hour later we had a new one. In general, the rest was a success, we plan to go here again.

2. Room cleaning is normal, everything was changed every day and on time, except for one day
3. Good pools for every taste. With dead slides, a kid with feces, and just quiet- without music, but with screaming children. Free sun beds can be found if you try hard.
4. The rooms are very old. The room looks like a roadside motel, but not a 5-star hotel. There are few outlets, only a rotten light bulb above the mirror, there are not even lamps by the bed. The pillows are not comfortable, instead of a blanket - a sheet. There is practically no sound insulation. Voices are heard, chairs are moving, etc. One day, a hammer was hammered in the next room during an afternoon break
5. The food is monotonous. Fresh fruits and vegetables. HUGE QUEUES for edible food for breakfast or meat for lunch/dinner. Sometimes you have to stand for 30-40 minutes near these stoves in the heat and wait until they are cooked. The air conditioners in the dining room and in the lobby bar can't cope - it's very stuffy. Dirty dishes come across, tables are wiped badly - they just wipe away crumbs with a dry cloth. The chairs are dirty. Flies are very often found near food and on food, and small insects have been found on lettuce leaves. Juice vending machines occasionally do not have it, or it is very strongly diluted with water. Or the machines don't work at all.
6. If the bar is open, half of the drinks are missing from the pool bars. Ice is also every other time. This happens not only before closing, but also during the day. People dive into the pool in slippers, some just wash their slippers in the pool, no one is watching this.
7. Normal coffee beans can be drunk only in one place, but even there the coffee machine is regularly buggy or broken.
8. THE SEA. Going into the sea is just hell. Hell of a place. There are huge boulders at the bottom. Alternatively, stairs on the pier could be used, but they are dismantled and blocked with tape. I had to use the entrance to the sea from a nearby hotel, but it is also very bad. (The description of the hotel indicated that the entrance is sandy and pebbly. In fact - huge stones)
9. Touts are constantly walking around the hotel to go shopping, go for a massage, take a picture with a parrot and so on. It resembles the Russian south.
10. There is no useful information from the guides from pegas. On the first day, a meeting was organized for an hour, it was promised to tell everything about the hotel, about all the nuances, but instead they rubbed in an individual transfer at a "super discount" for $ 80 (at the office in their city they issued one for € 33) after the announcement of such "promotions" there was no point in listening further about excursions. When I came to get the voucher, they importunately asked why we didn't choose anything from their excursions and insisted on thinking more.

We went on vacation to this hotel from October 25 to November 1. We were lucky with the weather for this time of year. During the day it was stable at +27-29, there was no precipitation, in the evening +15-17.
As for the hotel itself, the first gift was already waiting at the reception in the form of a faulty septic tank. The smell of sewage fortunately did not reach the room, but it was felt very clearly in the main lobby bar.
The room, at first glance, is cozy, everything you need seems to be there, even air conditioning, TV, refrigerator. But in detail, not everything is so rosy, the doors are very old and bulky, the locks cannot even be pulled up, everything is hanging out, the wardrobe doors move with great effort, the air conditioner does not work for heating, there were no warm blankets or even a blanket in the room, the lighting is all parochial (at the table, by the bed) There is no chandelier to shine on the whole room. Poor sound insulation, you can hear the neighbors talking, and especially the rumbling of suitcases and carts at night. The cleaning in the rooms is superficial, you reach the bathroom and the white socks are already turning black. In addition, it was also long, at 10 a.m. I hung up a sign asking to get out, waited for cleaning by 16. Replenishing shampoos and other hygiene products at an additional request, they themselves do not look at what is, what is not, even if you visually leave empty bottles and boxes in a prominent place. A big plus is that the restaurant is open at night, and not only snacks are available at this time. The street food court is average, pizza of the same type, dough / sauce / cheese, you can stand in line for more than half an hour.
