Gorgeous territory, the most beautiful lake Issyk-Kul! The nature is gorgeous, the beach is clean. We ate on the territory mainly in a cafe called "Breeze", normal cuisine, quite tasty. Cons - beds in the rooms. At first we lived in a house - good filling, but the bed is terrible. Then we moved to kopmakt for a day- it's definitely better not to take it, pay extra for the standard!!! There are very uncomfortable beds everywhere!
The extraordinary beauty throughout the hotel, and its landscapes fascinate from the first second of your stay!!! We had a rest in the presidential apartments!!!🫶🏻Excellent service, the staff is always ready to help and respond to any request. We had a wonderful holiday for the whole family at this hotel. We confidently recommend it to anyone who is still thinking about whether to relax here or not🙌🏻🙌🏻🙌🏻
A double opinion. It's more like a sanatorium with medical procedures plus swimming in the lake. Almost nothing has changed since Soviet times...like a time capsule. But there are many medical procedures and they are effective, although everything is on the verge of collapse. The main part of the procedures is from morning to lunch. Bring an extract from your therapist with a list of your ailments - so the doctor will ask you to prescribe procedures. There are no procedures on Sunday, Saturday is a shortened day. The food is almost dietary, although varied. Calories are very calculated - despite small portions, there is no feeling of hunger. If you have / God forbid / diabetes, you need to inform the administrator in the dining room and you will receive porridges and compotes without sugar. But we need to remind the waiters - they often change. The rooms are very shabby, the lighting fixtures are often not lit, the furniture almost falls apart. The cleaners need to be reminded about cleaning the rooms! Shampoo and soap are provided, but there is no shower gel in sight. Upon arrival, the check-in was waited for 1.5 hours, simply because the administrator went out in an unknown direction. Sunbeds on the beach are paid, although there are a couple on which it says - for free. Be prepared for the fact that the water is very cool - an average of 20-21 degrees. Do not forget a towel for the beach, as there is simply no such service. One of the advantages is the great effectiveness of medical procedures and bathing in the lake itself. The excellent attitude of the locals towards the Russians. There is no language barrier at all - everyone knows Russian. A gorgeous park, fresh air, general tranquility. For a fee, excellent massage therapists and cosmetologists of a high level - I highly recommend it! If you are used to the comfort of 4 stars, then this is not your option. If you can overlook the obvious imperfections, then the effectiveness of the treatment outweighs the inconvenience.
