The hotel is very cool. The location is convenient. Banks are within walking distance. Mobile communication coffee shops , grocery and alcohol stores. There is free parking inside the courtyard. The reception is large and spacious, beautiful, lots of mirrors and paintings. The staff is polite, absolutely everyone without exception. There is an elevator. Bar. We had a junior suite. We settled in three. The room is warm and clean, there is a tea table (free of charge) There are very good towels in the bathroom, there is a toilet set. Soap, shampoo gel, shaving machine comb, ear sticks and more. Shoe sponges. Everything for each guest. Breakfast buffet. Every day is different. Everything is fresh and delicious. We also went to a business lunch. It's also very tasty, everything is homemade. First, second tea and dessert. The money came out in pennies. If you haven't had time to eat elsewhere, I highly recommend the hotel restaurant. It so happened that we got there for dinner. The menu is varied. Everything is available. They work until late at night. There is alcohol. Pleasant atmosphere. Music. Design. Everything is very stylish and comfortable. There is a toilet, wash your hands, take off your outerwear and hang it up. They don't criticize pajamas. They are very courteous to every customer. We stayed from 05/01/2025 to 05/04/2025. Great hotel! I strongly recommend it! Friendly and courteous staff. The hotel itself is located in the city center, within walking distance of everything. The hotel has clean and comfortable rooms, equipped with everything necessary for life. Room cleaning and towels are changed daily. Soap sets, toothbrushes, pastes, shoe sponges, etc. Secured Parking for each guest. The hotel also has an excellent restaurant with delicious and varied breakfasts. In addition to breakfast, we ordered lunch and dinner (shurpa, manti, roast lamb with potatoes) - you will die! Great respect to the cook! The next time we visit Uralsk, we will definitely stay only here. Thanks to the management and all the staff of the hotel for the warm welcome and pleasant impressions! Keep it up !

Corresponds to the price/quality ratio. Located in the old part of the city. I guess there's a place to walk nearby. The rooms are simple but clean. The cleaning is good. There is everything you need. Water is supplied for free. The bathroom also has everything you need, accessories are available. The staff is responsive and works quickly. The breakfasts are meager, you won't stay hungry, but don't expect any special takeaways. In general, considering the prices of other hotels in Uralsk, this is a good option.
