I don't know what my situation depends on, which was on May 1st. But the bottom line is this, we ordered 2 shawarma for ourselves and the girl through the application. The application gave me a choice of when to place an order, the option "as soon as possible" was selected, there was a time from what we ordered plus another 10 minutes, the total total time when I had to go in and pick up my order was 15 minutes. In fact, I come in 15 minutes later, and they haven't even displayed it yet and they haven't started cooking it. The question is, why specify the time when you will pick it up, if after approval you get these 15 minutes and they leave to display it on their monitor. In total, plus another 25 minutes, he is preparing. The total time after ordering from the phone was not the same 15 minutes that were written in the application, but 40 minutes. That's half the trouble.
A girl who takes payment and issues ready-made orders either works for a couple of days or does not understand where she is. She was told the order number twice, she looks at the packages to see if it is ready, but it has not even started to prepare yet...
As for the shawarma, yes it is juicy, but there is so much sauce in it that after 3/4 of the shawarma it is not possible to eat it. It turns into a homogeneous mass, the pita bread does not keep its shape, and everything falls apart. I want to note that on the other hand, where there is also an exit from the subway, everything has always been fine there. Even when there was the largest size XXL, and here it was XL and everything fell apart in 2 minutes, eat so as not to enjoy the taste, but at speed so that you don't finish it later.
It's just a shame for the time spent and for the fact that everything was so ugly in shape.
