What I didn't like:
1) The woman at the checkout clearly does not want to work there, because I have probably never met such a dissatisfied face and such a non-selfish attitude towards customers.
2) I was warned in advance that there is no cabbage, but horseradish with this cabbage happens. However, immediately after my shawarma was wrapped, a container with cabbage filled with peas was brought. I was not particularly pleased.
3) I don't know if I was compensated for the lack of cabbage with other ingredients, but it seemed to me that the shawarma was clearly smaller than it should have been.
4) I don't know what the point was to put the shawarma on the grill if it was cold inside anyway (by the way, I've never eaten cold shawarma anywhere)
The only plus is that I was full, despite, as it seemed to me, the small size of this shawarma.
I definitely will not return to this place, and the rather high rating of this institution remains a mystery to me

The shawarma is generally not bad, but according to the reviews and the way they advised us to go here, the expectations were higher. I was not very impressed with the shawarma, either the onion or the cabbage was very bitter. Plus, I had pepperoni in my shawarma, they were kind of sluggish and strange and just came in a stack on the side of the shawarma, just like there was one cabbage on the other side, plus the pita bread was very thick at times. I wouldn't come back here.

I used to think that this was the best shawarma in Minsk, until today, I ordered a Mexican xl, indicated in grams of 480g, weighed it at home, 450g came out, well, I think it's not critical, after a few bites I realized that there was no meat in it from the word at all, unwound the rest, and yes, there was no shawarma not a single piece of meat. Order at your own risk and be prepared for a "vegan" shawarma.

How do you like the twist? Shawarma XXX for 16p. 30% of the filling is pita bread. When buying, they offer an additional portion of meat.. this is in shawarma, which according to tk should weigh 850grams (it almost always feels lighter, but I did not weigh it). Apparently, the refusal to add meat leads to such consequences))
I took it 5-7 times in turmeric.
In general, there is a shawarma for 4-5 stars, just by ordering a couple of times, you understand that you need to look at who is cooking before ordering..
There are guys here who are doing fine, not like in the photo, respect them. And as the other guys do in the photo and as if on purpose, it's not a one-time thing.
By the way, Tom yam shava came to me, an awesome refreshing lemon shawarma for summer.

I ordered 4 shawarma on 02.04 through the app, where I immediately paid. But only after 7-10 minutes, a woman calls me and says, "cancel the order, we don't have cheese," of course, they kind of hang up a sign and close when there is no cheese? I told you to cancel it yourself since you don't have any. She cancelled the order and told me to wait 3 hours to 10 days for a refund. The result is that no one has eaten, the money must be returned, but the very fact that I have to wait for my money for the goods not received through THEIR fault is infuriating! There were no apologies other than "sorry". I am very disappointed with the quality of service. There was a favorite place with shawarma - now it is associated with poor quality of service and an approach to resolving nuances of work.

Shaverma is one of the best. It is rare when there are punctures. (I've tried 300+ shawarmas in 4 years). The waiting time is OK, nothing unusual.
Of the cons:
1) the price is relative to the market. For some reason, I think that for 10 boons at least 500-550 should go. There are 480 and that's a stretch.
2) Terrible app. It seems that the order should go directly to the point, but no - it goes somewhere to the person who throws the screen into the chat, which the seller at the point should periodically check. Because of this, there are often embarrassments. I ordered 20 minutes ago, I came, and they don't even know about you. You need to call and confirm the order to avoid this.
3) pita bread is thin - the sauce flows often. You need to eat carefully. But this is also a plus)
Of the advantages:
1) Pita bread is thin - more filling
2) Japanese, Arabic - my respect. Probably the best shaves on the market.
3) The app immediately has a 5% discount, not points, to get you back.
