What I didn't like:
1) The woman at the checkout clearly does not want to work there, because I have probably never met such a dissatisfied face and such a non-selfish attitude towards customers.
2) I was warned in advance that there is no cabbage, but horseradish with this cabbage happens. However, immediately after my shawarma was wrapped, a container with cabbage filled with peas was brought. I was not particularly pleased.
3) I don't know if I was compensated for the lack of cabbage with other ingredients, but it seemed to me that the shawarma was clearly smaller than it should have been.
4) I don't know what the point was to put the shawarma on the grill if it was cold inside anyway (by the way, I've never eaten cold shawarma anywhere)
The only plus is that I was full, despite, as it seemed to me, the small size of this shawarma.
I definitely will not return to this place, and the rather high rating of this institution remains a mystery to me
Fa-vo-rit among the shavuh! tom-yam with shrimp is a separate van love, which I've already hooked a couple of friends on. we always take you to the cinema with
us👌 kind girl at the box office, the place is great, the taste is constant and stable👌respect to the guys🔥
Interesting "customer orientation"
The request not to add mayonnaise to the shawarma was refused with the phrase: "we do not add or subtract anything." This is the first time I've seen such arrogance in a shawarma))) such a request has not been denied in any place yet, I never eat mayonnaise sauces and ask them to be excluded.
Well okay.. there are other shawarma shops around. What is "amazing" is that there were absolutely no people in the cafe. I wonder why?
During such a high level of competition, it is strange to lose a client who has already come to you, who is ready to spend his money in your institution
