The conversation with the consultant is terrible. He's mumbling something under his breath. No specifics on delivery. In 15 minutes, only the courier calls. I asked about the thickness of the metal, and also started talking about primer and paint. As I said that I want a three-piece metal, it's more expensive, God forbid, I think I'll overpay. The pipe did not fit, it turns out, I was assembling the oven itself an hour after the courier left. I call, I say this and that. They offered to change it, they will bring it after the weekend. Again, when exactly is not a word. Here's the courier calling, 15 minutes in advance. I'm not at home. Why not say in advance when you will go. I can't wait at home all the time! I say my mother-in-law is at home, but I ask you to see if the pipe is of such a diameter, of course he didn't want to, why do I need it, but he said okay, I'll take a look. As it turned out, he was yelling, using obscenities. He would have left with an old pipe tied around his neck!!! I haven't tried it yet, I don't have time. But I read here that there are problems with gorenje, I am already getting upset. People, it's better not to get involved. I didn't want to take it from them from the very first call! But I wanted a cauldron with a stove! The horror!!! God grant that the furnace is functioning well and God forbid to meet such people again. It was very unpleasant to communicate when ordering. I hope the review will be useful for customers. As soon as I start cooking, I will add a review.

They mislead customers with the wording on the website!!! I ordered a set of oven + cauldron 12L on 11/18/2024 for the promotion on their website. It's good that I marked it in the note - the thickness of the METAL is 3mm! As it turns out, these comrades have such formulations on the site in small print in the description - the thickness of the metal and the thickness of the wall! There are furnaces on the site for a cauldron with a thickness of metal (as it is written in the description) 2mm and 3mm! In promotional kits, they already indicate the wall thickness of 3mm in the description!!! On the phone, when I started to clarify, they explained to me with a WALL thickness of 3mm- they have a 2mm and 1mm metal primer and paint!!! And when you already start comparing similar furnaces with competitors in terms of characteristics, then in fact the stock no longer smells +_ like the market average! Refused the order + specifically decided to leave a review! You can't do that!!!
