I made an order for firewood, it was told by the manager Inga that there was only one pallet left. He "took her away." Delivery will be in a week. A week has passed. There was no answer to the question, the car broke down, but the firewood is waiting for you, it will be in a week. Silence again, the question was answered where is the firewood anyway: You know, there was no delivery to us and we do not expect it to be.
The review is not emotional, but about the service and hiding the truth. I would be afraid to order anything more serious than firewood.
Birch firewood is always available on the website, whenever I call, there is never any firewood. I called in May, June, August, and now in September. Who is still there: there is no firewood available. Moreover, for some other breeds it is clearly written "not available", but birch ones are always available on the site. Last year I went to them for goods, there were a lot of nets with birch firewood on the territory, in the evening of the same day, for the sake of interest, I called - there was no firewood))). Is this a feature of this company?
