The store itself is conveniently located, I'm five minutes away on foot. You can find great deals on sale, and there are many interesting options at full price, it doesn't matter if you are looking for an interior or entrance door. Terrible service. Firstly, the consultants in the call center do not listen at all to what the customer wants. Secondly, they are misleading about the cities in which they work.
I made the order in June. They were fed breakfast all the time. I had to write an application for a refund.

I would like to thank the staff and especially the manager Ekaterina. Polite communication, answers to all questions, full support at any time. Master Vitaly also left an almost good impression. His refusal to work with the installation of interior doors with a film-covered floor ruined everything. As a result, the paint was erased from the movement of a person on the sawdust-strewn floor and cleaning turned out to be much more difficult. You can't just think about yourself, Vitaly, you need to take care of your customers a little bit too! Moreover, you charge a lot for the installation! And in general, thanks, the doors are pleasing to the eye.
