I will leave my review after an unpleasant experience in an institution located in the Zarko shopping center (Gomel). On March 21, at 16:43, we purchased sushi with two checks for a total amount of 63.40 rubles. The order includes: Philadelphia, Sesame Seeds, Baked with tuna and Bonito.
Let's start with the service — it was disgusting. There was a girl behind the cash register who answered any questions rudely and with a displeased look. When they asked which of the rolls were baked, they heard a boorish: "everything is in front of you...". Such an attitude towards clients is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, the troubles didn't end there. At home, it turned out that absolutely all the rolls were falling apart, holding their shape very badly — it was impossible to eat them normally. The taste is not bad, but the overall impression is completely ruined.
We have sent a detailed letter to the administration of the institution with a description of the situation and a photo/video to confirm it. However, there was no reaction. The management didn't even bother to get in touch, let alone try to somehow resolve the situation.
From this we draw a simple conclusion: customers are not valued here. The quality of the product and the level of service are ignored. There is no desire to return and we will not advise others.

I took the coffee, it turned out to be not tasty at all, sushi was brought 2 hours later, with a small workload and nothing was even reported that I would have to wait so long... And of course, while these sushi were rolling, they turned into tortillas. I risked ordering French fries, then all evening I feel sick of everyone who ate it with me and I don't order anything else here.

It's a complete disappointment.
I always take a burger Mexico on Sovetskaya, it's delicious, not here... There are just no words. The minced jalapeno was stuffed just from the heart, the burger has no taste from the word at all. The loaf is falling apart, spreading right in your hands. Just a piggy made of pepper and a wet bun.
French fries are one name. Either stale or something, but dry and tasteless. The girl who took the order, it feels like she's been working for the last day. The service fell off when the order was ready, no one brought it up on the screen until they came up and asked for it themselves. I do not recommend visiting this place. And I won't go any more.

The order included sushi baked with eel and shrimp. So, almost every eel thing had bones in it! And not one, not two, but a whole bunch!! It feels like sitting and spitting bones for the price of sushi. We were just shocked.

Great burgers! It's tastier -we haven't tried it. Cutlet, sauces, cheese, bun-everything is amazingly harmoniously combined. And combined-above all praise.

We ordered 2 burgers , a roll and sushi. We expected delivery for more than 2 hours, the courier arrived - but everything is cold. The order was returned. There were no such problems before. Monday is the day outside. Recently, the service has deteriorated, I do not recommend it. We stayed hungry.

I took the baked rolls from you in Zarco yesterday.
It's not the first time I've come across the fact that you use just disgusting curd cheese, I don't understand if there hasn't been a single negative review. Because of the taste of the cheese, it is simply impossible to eat rolls, of course, I'm sorry, but the cheese has a smell, a taste of an unwashed floor cloth.
I have already encountered this 3 times, each time I hope that this will not happen when buying, but here it is again.
Please pay attention to this and take action.
At the same time, you don't have to do it once, so there is clearly a problem with the product.
I love your products and rolls, but when this happens, it's certainly a horror.
