Hi everyone! I stayed there for 2 days, the hotel is beautiful and rooms are very comfortable and clean. But they have a lot of management staff issues. If you have any questions or concerns you’ll not be able to reach out a general manager easily, receptionists are not helpful 🤦♀️ they have morning breakfast, everything was delicious.

I am sending you my 5 stars in the piggy bank, although there are small comments, but this is quite solvable.
The hotel itself is new, modern, located very conveniently opposite the "flying" theater (it is worth visiting!), near a walking area, a supermarket, attractions for children, cafes and restaurants.
Breakfast starts only from 07.30. This is inconvenient, especially for guests with early check-out (it is possible to order a lunch box). In almost all the world's hotels, breakfast starts at least from 07.00 in the morning. I think the management should think about the convenience for guests. The breakfast itself is a little meager and monotonous (I lived for 4 days), every day it was completely the same. In my opinion, there are not enough thin slices of cheese for sandwiches, a toaster, scrambled eggs (there is only scrambled eggs), something from desserts, cucumbers were only once, good coffee and not sweet! The coffee machine broke down periodically and immediately makes a sweet cappuccino. A little more variety of muesli and cereals.
The staff is a little timid, but very polite, pleasant and helpful!
There is a transfer from the hotel by golf cart to another hotel at the entrance to the complex.
There is no bar or coffee shop in the hotel, only in the main building (you need to drive or 5 minutes on foot). At least put a coffee machine. All this is fixable and feasible).
By number (see photo). Very clean and comfortable, there is drinking water and tea (free of charge), cleaning every day. The bathroom is spacious, comfortable, and has all the necessary accessories. In general, I liked everything, there are no special comments. I forgot, there was a great and powerful hair dryer in the room! A trifle, but pleasant)

We stayed overnight, we liked everything, it was beautiful, cozy, courteous staff, excellent spa, top-level breakfast and of course a flying amphitheater. We will definitely come again.

Мы уже здесь побывали раз 10 надеемся приезжать еще. Нравится бонус когда снимаешь номер в стоимость входит бесплатное посещение летающего кинотеатра (Алтын Самрук) каждый кто был в Туркестане должен обязательно посетит этот Театр !!!! I visited the beautiful city of Turkestan for the first time. Everything is super. The city is very clean. Very tasty cuisine. And if you say about the Caravanserai, everything is fine too. It's interesting in the evening, a lot of lights, lighting, a lot of people are going to the show. How many times I visited Altyn Samruk, I especially liked the flying theater. Супер! Отличное место. Шикарные театральные постановки на воде! Много магазином! Благоустойсво супер! Архитектура , стиль очень к месту! Канал с водой и фонтанами, негромкая национальная музыка, большая территория. Жаль что не попали на представление летающего театра! Желаю Турестану и дальше развиваться в этом направлении, для туризма очень большой потенциал. Проспект Б. Саттарханова поразил своей красотой.

Караван сарай значительно преобразил исторический центр города. Расположение удобное, имеется большая парковка. Большое кол-во бутиков различных брендов. Отличное место для детей, есть где поиграть и развлечься. Необычное решение с каналом и фонтаном посередине ТЦ, но смотрится отлично, особенно если учесть что вокруг степь.

Восторг и восхищение! Чистота до хруста, услужливый внимательный персонал, всё организавано для гостей с заботой о каждом человеке. Магазины, рестораны, фуд-корты- всё продумано, разбегаются глаза от многообразия. Летающий театр - моё самое яркое впечатление за этот год. Рекомендую. Да, обязательно сводите детей в зеркальный лабиринт

Красиво и современно, но с восточным колоритом, что смотрится очень эффектно. Были на ночном шоу фонтанов с подсветкой. Понравилось очень. Немного печально, что не получилось прокатиться на гондоле и заняться шопингом, зато были на экскурсии в архитектурном комплексе Ходжи Ахмед Ясави. Впечатляет размерами и стариной. Любителям истории самое то.

Отличная локация ,очень красивое место,много исторически важных строений,есть на что потрать свое время с умом.На территории располагается множество кафе и ресторанов,а также множество магазинов одежды.По территории можно перемещаться пешком а также на электромобилях что то вроде такси.

Это особое туристическое место. Прекрасное исполнение, красивый канал, вечером шоу на воде. Очень приятное место для прогулок. Много хороших ресторанов и кафе на любой кошелек и вкус. Все рекомендую! Приезжать конечно же лучше весной или осенью, летом жарко.

Отель хороший все на высоком уровне материалы в отделке номера только вот исполнение от строителей конечно это полное фиаско как уточен мрамор в душевой !!! В моем номере на полу был уложен диминутив и швы уже расходиться!! Сильно спешили когда строили видимо вот и получилось тяп-ляп! Как я понял управляют отелем турки и это супер потому как они умеют налаживать работу в сфере гостеприимства! Сам комплекс тоже мне сильно понравился! Необычный формат + красиво ! Минусы и там конечно есть но как сказала моя младшая дочь Туркестан волшебный город!!

Была проездом, осталась в восторге от красоты Караван сарай, очень приятная музыка, расслабляющая атмосфера, рекомендую к посещению! Кофейни, магазины, музеи на любой вкус.
