I liked everything!
Employees work quickly, in turbo mode.
Attentive and friendly staff.
Today, for example, they left glasses somewhere in the Lobby or restaurant (we don't remember).
All employees (reception, security, restaurant staff, and administration) were involved.
After 20 minutes, we received a call and were told that your glasses had been found.
Special thanks to Olga at the Reception. Since the first day of entry, we have been contacted more than once, all issues have been resolved only positively for us.
We thank all the employees of the Kumburgaz Marin Princess Hotel
We recommend it!
A decent hotel on the shores of the Marmara Sea. A clean beach. Good access to the sea, sand with shells, lots of sun beds, umbrellas. There are 2 saltwater pools, one has a small water park, it is shallow, the other is deeper.
Polite staff.
I got to the airport for 30€
We met and settled quickly.
The gym is old, but it has everything you need.
Tomorrow is normal, but I melted instant coffee.
The room was clean, there was no complimentary water.
In general, the price-quality ratio is normal.
Its own beach and pool is very much doing its job.
A very beautiful beach, with fine sand, the sea is clean. There is a pier where you can sit with a cup of coffee and admire the sea surface, sunset or dawn. An excellent restaurant where they cook delicious grilled dorado fish and lamb on a bone, the view is excellent from the rooms and the restaurant. There are two saltwater pools, there is also an indoor one, but I did not go there. The staff is excellent.
It's just terrible... the hotel is tired, beaten by life. Dirty deck chairs, they don't clean up much on the beach. In the lobby, the situation is even better, on the whole, we can say, it's decent, but then it gets worse. In the "restaurant" the tables are sticky, covered in crumbs. Hamam..... the tin is full. I don't know which is worse, the smell or the rusty vessel to fill the water with. The Jacuzzi is not bad, but also everything around requires a little repair. The staff is polite, but either fucked up or just works, so to speak, without enthusiasm. In changing rooms, showers.. the entire hotel practically requires renovation and cleaning.
The hotel is far from 5 stars. There are not enough towels, the beach is dirty, the deck chairs are very dirty. The only beautiful thing is the Sea of Marmara💙
Everything is fine. The sea is very close. Normal numbers. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Salt water pool. Lots of deck chairs. There are not very many people in September. Comfortable.
Turkey - do not add, do not subtract. The sea more than pays off all the shortcomings. The housing stock was slightly killed, and the view from the window rested against a blank wall with a fire escape 6 meters away. But. The hotel has two swimming pools, and the seashore is just around the corner. In principle, they fed well and were not greedy, of course, demanding citizens can grumble, but personally I have no complaints about feeding. The reception was a little annoying - at the slightest difficulties they get lost and start pushing the problem on top of each other and into nowhere. And Wi-Fi - to achieve it, it was categorically difficult. The seashore was a little dirty, but there had been a storm shortly before, and it was unusual for the Turks to rush to restore order. Summing up - if you want to relax, then you can relax.
Great territory. Two large pools. Access to the sea and the sea is clean. The water is warm. And there is a delicious cafe on site with reasonable prices.
We went with my wife on an "excursion" - a day on the beach in a 5-star hotel for $ 35 (we lived in Istanbul ourselves)! The people are such a slag, there is no smell of two stars, the hotel is very old and tired, zero service, the beach is not cleaned, the garbage is just lying around… I will just keep silent about the quality of the "SPA".... And this is not only my opinion, we were driven by a Group of 15 people, three left on their own without waiting for the end of the "excursion". The others also wanted to, but because of the two Europeans who refused to leave, everyone had to stay until the end.... People read reviews before going anywhere! I hope my review will save someone from a spoiled vacation!
Worse vacation spots are rarely found , breakfast is minimal , there is no choice , the staff is rude . The hotel is dirty and not comfortable. It's a long way to 5 *** !
It's such a horror! The stinking sea!not a single umbrella by the pool! The beach is dirty and it costs 55 dollars!!!!!’an organized tour from an intourist for one day!
The hotel is a little tired, but still normal. For this coast, a good option is not far from Istanbul. The food is +3 out of 5. The sea is clean, but there are some algae, the beach is sand. It is better to take rooms with a balcony. Rest for 2-3 days .
