A cozy place, comfortable rooms, fresh, clean linen, comfortable beds. Separate seating areas, a table with chairs in each room, necessary utensils in the shared kitchen, of good quality. A spacious dining room, a chic barbecue area with all the necessary accessories. Very helpful and caring staff (Eden and Natalia). 10 minutes to the sea at a leisurely pace, around the private sector and kindergarten, very green - cypresses, plane trees, pines.
Shops, shops, cafes are within walking distance. The room has a bathroom with good plumbing, an expensive split system, siart TV, Wi-Fi.
The prices are adequate, I recommend it.

We had a family vacation , rented a separate house, very clean and cozy , everything is new , everything works ! Linen , blankets, towels, hair dryer, air conditioning , TV, everything is provided. We cooked in the shared kitchen, where I really liked how cozy and clean the dishes, pans, spoons, cups, etc. everything is new, not old, not dirty. Excellent comfortable barbecue area, tables nearby. A playground for children in plain sight! In general, I recommend it! Many thanks to Svetlana🤗

A chic guest house, cozy, clean rooms, hospitable staff (Eden and Natalia, thank you very much for your warm and welcoming welcome.You are the best!!!). The playground is beyond praise, safe and diverse, the child does not stop remembering. Fenced clean area . The pool is well maintained, sun loungers, a relaxation area. Kitchen with everything you need. We had a great rest!!! We hope to come back to you more than once...

I agree with all the previous reviews about this guest house. Everything is clean, cozy, thought out to the smallest detail! We lived in a house, we liked everything very much! We also ate in nearby cafes, and sometimes cooked in a shared kitchen equipped with everything you need-a good stove, new dishes, a roomy refrigerator in the shared kitchen and a small one in the room. Everyone always had enough cooking utensils and a place for breakfast and lunch.A relaxing holiday for families with children, young people for parties not in Tsandripsh) Thank you to the manager Eden for the hospitality and a great holiday!

Last year we had a rest here (late July - early August). Beautiful two-room suite, everything is new. The communal kitchen is always clean and tidy. There is a small children's complex in the courtyard, but it was enough for the children. The pool was cleaned every day. The hospitable Natasha and Adam always reacted immediately if there was any request.

When planning a vacation, we booked a double room here. I really liked the ratio of price and living conditions, everything is decent. The location is good, the places are picturesque, we visited excursions and walked a lot. The vacation went well, we got a lot of pleasant impressions.

We went to Abkhazia with two families and stayed here. A great hotel, a pleasant impression. There is a Playground, a swimming pool (deep enough to splash not only for children, but also for us). We cooked in the kitchen ourselves to be sure of the quality of the food for the children. Nice rooms, friendly service. Recommend.

We had a rest in Tsandripsh, in Abkhazia, early June. The sea is already beautiful, you can swim. Cafes, nature, birds singing. Kulikov house Guest house is beyond praise! Modern, very beautiful, warm large swimming pool! We lived in a house, we really liked it!

We rested here for 5 days. Clean, freshly renovated, a vacuum cleaner works regularly in the pool.
Of the cons:
- we lived on the 2nd floor, the kitchen on the 1st. There was no way to even warm the kettle on the 2nd floor
-noise from children, even at hours when it is impossible to make noise
- Wi-Fi is practically not working in room 19

Our lucky find this summer is the Kulikov House guest house. Everything indicated in the description corresponds to reality, the houses are very cozy, everything is new, not shabby, comfort is created like at home. There is no impersonal hotel vibe at all. The proximity of the sea was also one of the factors of choice. We will definitely come here in a year.
