When I was there, a sporty girl asked me to serve her urgently, because she needs to run, there is generally zero reaction to her, although I warned that I would even wait for unpacking, because I was in no hurry and asked to discuss the man ahead. Also, in front of clients, she cursed the second employee (a woman in years), which is extremely unpleasant (I wanted to stand up for her, she is friendly and just still in training, apparently).

Pastry shops in Almaty sell frozen cakes and Kulikov is no exception. Of the cakes, only pasta and shu are more natural. But in general it is very expensive and pensioners cannot afford to pamper themselves.
The place is fine, I am on another issue - I have repeatedly asked to bring it to the management so that the release of the White Pinscher cake can be resumed. They persistently do not release it, but it is excellent. Therefore, I no longer go to Kulikovo and do not buy anything there in principle! Release the White Pinscher! I'm not the only one asking for this.
The assortment is the same as in any store of this chain. In comparison with similar stores on the market, prices are much higher. But the quality of the products is very good. There is a large space in this store; the staff is polite but unobtrusive. Visiting the store leaves a pleasant impression.

The staff is the best, but the cakes are second and third freshness, the freezing is also old, despite the fact that the cost is very much higher than high. The quality, by the way, has also noticeably deteriorated. They constantly took a "pinscher, chocolate", on the last visit, they had to take an old freeze, while the taste was as if from a sugar substitute, sharply sweet and sour, it is difficult to explain. The "milk girl" cake has generally changed its taste, it has become much worse. The second star is only for the good staff and cleanliness in the store.
It's a pity that Red was canceled, I wanted to buy a big cake on March 8, alas, I couldn't.
And there were a lot of people like me and everyone was upset that it was Red that was canceled.
