Great guest house!
The hosts Julia and Sergey are very friendly, they will always help and prompt. The location is perfect: 1 minute to the sea, 5 minutes to the center. The rooms are clean and cozy. The shared kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need. Special respect for the barbecue area with a beautiful view of the river! I recommend it!🌟

Many thanks to Yulia and Sergey for the meeting, accommodation, comfort and kind words! They are always friendly and cheerful, despite very hard work and very different guests. The rooms and bungalows are in order. Whenever you can do everything. We had a very good rest, the sea is nearby, the air is great, everything is within walking distance.We went on excursions, (Julia and Sergey advised where to go)I really liked it, the children are delighted. Thank you for a comfortable stay with Sergey and Julia! I thank the hotel manager Svetlana, as well as the hotel staff! The location of the hotel in the center of Gtsandripsh is 70-100 meters from the sea.There are shops, cafes, a market, and canteens in the vicinity.
There is no embankment on the sea.
Marine entertainment - saps, scooter, cheesecakes, Cafes.
I really liked the hotel rooms!Clean, cozy, comfortable! The bed linen and towels in the room are snow-white cotton!
It is very pleasant to use!
The furniture in the room is new! Wi-Fi works well.The territory of the hotel is cozy and clean.Everything with taste, love and soul !The kitchen is equipped with everything you need.Cleanliness and comfort! I want to return to such people and to such a place!

A very nice guest house. Clean, cozy. The rooms are different. There are fully equipped, there is a shared kitchen. The staff is excellent. The prices are reasonable. One small disadvantage is that the sound insulation is weak. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the center, 1 minute to the sea. I recommend

Plus, the sea is two steps away, shops, pharmacies, cafes are nearby. But this is all OUTSIDE the guest house. We stayed in a bungalow in this guest house, it is so heavily advertised. Okay, maybe initially there was no need to expect something good, because we are going to Abkhazia. But guys, a bungalow costs 5,500 a day, we've been here for two weeks. For the first time, we were changed, or rather just given clean linen, which we have to make ourselves - after 10 days of REST in this guest house. And we've asked you to do it several times.
Cockroaches are running around the "luxurious" bungalow, everywhere!!!
Electricity is cut off VERY often, water is there, then not.
All the cleaning of the rooms in the guest house, that in the bungalow is clean for you, dear vacationers. The dishes you cook in should be washed in the same place where you brush your teeth and wash your face.
It's very disgusting.
It's a terrible feeling.
Dear owners, consider the service of your guest house. People go on vacation, and not to sleep in dirty linen for 10 days and wipe themselves with dirty towels, and even more so not to share their vacation with cockroaches!

I don't know where so many rave reviews come from) we rested on the ground floor. Everything is really nice and cozy outside. Inside, the rooms are dirty (cleaning is done superficially. There's dust everywhere, strange hairs on the mattress. It's unpleasant. On the last day of the vacation, I was lucky enough to meet a cockroach. 🥲

We opened the 2023 season, so to speak, we rested in Abkhazia for the first time and it turned out so well that it was in this guest house. The clear sea is a minute's walk away, everything is organized in the house, that 5 people are resting in Turkey. Separately, I would like to mention the owners of the house Sergey and Yulia - they will tell you everything, tell you, make up a company - as if they visited old friends. We had a rest with Julia and Sergey in their cozy guest house! Clean rooms,TV in every room, Wi-Fi without interruptions (if someone works remotely, then you definitely will not be nervous because of the lack of communication, since the connection catches 100%),clean kitchen,children's area that will definitely not leave children indifferent, barbecue area. The sea is nearby, the center and if you do not want to cook yourself, the dining room is nearby in a minute's walk. I recommend it to everyone!

We have been vacationing in Abkhazia for more than 1 year, three years ago we found a great house with the best owners (in our opinion). The rooms are comfortable, there is a separate shower, bathroom, TV, refrigerator, air conditioning. The room has a balcony overlooking the mountain river and the sea. The house is very conveniently located, near the market and many cafes and canteens. The sea is 3 minutes away . Rest like relatives in the village, the nature is gorgeous

This is the best guest house in Tsandripsha! As you go to visit them, they are very friendly, very clean. The rooms are ventilated through, as there are two balconies in the rooms! It's very cool with them!
