The first impression of Kulja Khogo was negative, because in the men's toilet only three out of 5 cubicles work, and then the door is not locked in the second one. Otherwise, this is a wonderful cafe: it is located next to the park, there is a namazkhana, very tasty Chinese cuisine and a large selection for hogo, the staff is polite and it is clear that they are trying, and not doing the job "to fuck off", well done. From Chinese cuisine, we ordered potatoes on fire and asparagus salad with wood mushrooms, it was very tasty!

Firstly, the lack of hoods above the tables with hogo. Accordingly, the smell of food is all over the hall and quickly eats into clothes. When you leave, you already smell food, attracting the attention of stray dogs and a pet.
Secondly, there is no adapted food on the menu, i.e. after each dish, the stomach cries out for help. For a person who adheres to a dietary diet, there is nothing to do there.
Thirdly, you can order hogo according to your taste, but you need to take into account that you have to pay extra money for its use and each ingredient from the refrigerator, as well as a bowl of sauce, will also cost "a pretty penny". You may not notice how the bill becomes a bill in a good restaurant, where the cook prepares the dishes, and not you, smelling of fat, broth and smeared with squelching fat.
Fourth, do not believe what the waiter and cook say. At first, they declare that additional ingredients are included in the price, and then, when you start choosing skewers at the refrigerator, they become paid
Knowing the peculiarities of her stomach, she asked the waiter to ask the cook if he could cook a dish without pepper. Yes, yes, yes, yes - both the cook and the waiter answered my repeated questions. And the dish was brought together... seasoned with red hot pepper.
Most of all, I was impressed by the manager, who looked at the peppers for half an hour and assured me that they were tomatoes. The audacity of this lie just pissed us off. At the same time, no one apologized and offered either to replace the dish or not to include it in the bill.
Fifth, there is a cafe in almost the city center where you can pay in only two ways - in cash or via the Caspian Sea. What's it? Avoiding taxes or ignorance of trade laws? We were forced to pay in cash, they did not give us change, offering to transfer it to the Caspian Sea. And when they found out that we do not have the Caspian Sea, they fell silent altogether.
