Do you want rudeness and unprofessionalism for a high price? Then here you are!
I ordered the Zov kitchen in Polotsk in February of this year. I didn't plan to take the kitchen there at all, but I bought into very favorable credit conditions and a famous factory.
Of course, questions to the designer arose at the stage of creating the sketch, but it seemed that all the issues could be solved. And now the moment has come when the kitchen is ready. The kitchen was brought, but without any accompanying documentation. Accordingly, it was impossible to verify its completeness. I had only a sketch on my hands and that was all. Also, during the inspection of the kitchen, mechanical damage to the countertop was found.
We turned to the representative of the factory, from whom we ordered a kitchen to solve these issues.
The answer was very surprising:
1) there was outrage why I started opening MY kitchen
2) without explanation, I was immediately made guilty of chipping the countertop
3) we were extremely surprised by the legitimate requirements for the provision of documentation for the kitchen and specifications (even references to regulatory documents that say they should be - were not convinced).
Having quarreled, the issue was finally resolved. The countertop was replaced (as it turned out later, he did us a "favor" and was still sure that I had damaged the countertop). And a request was also sent to the factory to provide documentation.
The kitchen has been checked, it's time to assemble. I must say right away that we decided to collect it ourselves. And then such shoals surfaced as: 1) the pencil case did not fit (the measurer (designer, representative) incorrectly measured the height of the kitchen. although initially it was stipulated that there would be stretch ceilings stretched below the electric box). I had to take the kitchen to the chipboard cutting. Attention!! the kitchen needs to be redone to order, that's great!
2) pens. We have a hidden profile. They were also not made in size. Also to while away.
3) a false panel that covers the space from the wall to the pencil case (due to the passage of the gas pipe) it also turned out to be out of size.
When contacting the factory representative for all questions, there were always disputes, attempts to make me (the customer) guilty. And in general, everyone turned out so that it was all because they collected it themselves. Although how the assembly was influenced by the fact that the kitchen was not made in size is of course a big question.
Nevertheless, I want to note that the kitchen itself is good in quality. There are more questions for the representative who measured and made the sketch. And also very tactfully solved the issues.
