MANY THANKS to all the staff of the Kitchen Module, who participated in the implementation of the project of our kitchen! Designer Svetlana, with her advice on the choice of materials, fittings, and equipment, helped our very vague ideas about arranging a small room to be realized in a place loved by the whole family. Installer Sergey not only implemented a difficult project, thanks to which, in particular, the cold fine under the window turned from a misunderstanding (the inhabitants of Stalinok will understand me) into a winning element of the kitchen, but also was able to compensate for those deviations from the project that the builders who carried out the repairs allowed. In my opinion, Sergey was even more worried about the final result than I was. I will definitely recommend my friends to order a kitchen in the Kitchens Module. After three months of using the kitchen, I only regret that I can't give 10 stars!

It's been exactly a year since I've been enjoying my new kitchen from the Kitchen Module company. Designer Inna Berestevich superbly designed the kitchen, heard all my wishes and led the project until the end of the installation. I am very grateful to everyone. I was completely satisfied with the price and quality. I note that the kitchen is small 5.5 sq. m. in Khrushchev and it is very difficult to place everything. Inna also has a big plus for the fact that the worktop fits my height (5 cm higher than the usual standard ones). Thank you so much for my wonderful cuisine.

I ordered the kitchen. Both the designer and the measurer came. As a result:
- the locker did not fit under the overhead sink, the overhead sink closes the cabinet doors.
- the kitchen could be returned back (it turned out that the company, in principle, does not manufacture the necessary cabinets for overhead sinks), but I entered the position and the height of the locker was increased. The error of the measurer and the designer.
- the doors of the cabinets are hitting the walls of the kitchen. Asked: "Is it possible to do something about it - the answer is: "It was necessary to choose other loops, you saw in the contract that you signed?" Not only did the designer not tell me about it, but the head of the complaints department says that I have to understand the details of the kitchen. This is absurd, I do not assemble the kitchen every day and do not understand the details, the fittings and expect that since I pay money, then everything will be explained to me. But no.
- In one of the drawers, it was necessary to put the shelves lower and the collector put the shelf crookedly 2 times, because it was inconvenient for him to drill into an already hanging drawer, and only from the 3rd time he put the shelves correctly, when I insisted that the drawer be removed and he did his job normally. Each time there were more holes in the wall. He simply pressed one of the shelves into the fastenings, which caused deformation of the shelf surface. Also, when installing the box, a chip appeared on the back wall. The head of the complaints department said that they are not responsible for the work of the collector, so they will not replace the entire box or partially. The most interesting thing is that the company itself offered the collector, and now it says that it does not bear any responsibility for his work. They said in words that this was their collector, but in the contract it turned out that they provide information (advise) the collector. Although no one has provided information, he is simply being sent to you.
- The cutouts for plumbing pipes, corrugations, gas pipes were not reinforced by the collector. I.e., the kitchen will absorb moisture and rot.
- The collector stole parts of the dish dryer, although it was explained to me that when I received the kitchen, I could not check anything except the number of boxes, because the collector would check everything. And here he steals himself. And again, the company says that this is my problem with him, despite the fact that they offered him to me.
- If you are thinking of installing stone countertops, then again it is not the kitchen module that does it, but another organization, for which the kitchen module is not responsible.
- When moving the shelves, it turned out that the back wall is composite and if you move the shelf, the joints will become visible.
- It is also worth considering that the hinge holes at the locker door are on both sides so that they can be left/right-sided. They are covered with paper stickers.
- Please note that the bottom of the dish dryer is not protected in any way, if you put wet dishes, it will rot.
I do not advise anyone to order a kitchen here, there will be many problems for which this organization will not want to be responsible.
