"Kitchens Module" on Pushkin Avenue in Mogilev, ordered a kitchen, were very satisfied, approach, price, quality. Competent designers developed a kitchen project (for free), calculated the cost in advance, and after measurements the cost decreased by an order of magnitude, which was nice, plus an additional discount, which was also a pleasant bonus. Many thanks to Julia and Olga for the work done, feedback, the kitchen was needed as soon as possible, all wishes were fulfilled, even earlier than expected. How to buy a kitchen and become happy and what does the "Kitchen Module" have to do with it?
This story began at the end of May, or maybe at the beginning of June. A kitchen salon has opened in Mogilev. Reviews often flashed in TikTok, and then Instagram began to throw me ads about the "kitchen of dreams". As a marketer, I very carefully monitor how an entrepreneur treats the promotion part, and this point immediately sunk into my soul. And as soon as I saw the familiar letters on the sign at Pushkinskaya 20, I realized that the first match had happened. There was a choice between two salons. In one case it is cheap (friends said), in the "Kitchens of the Module" it is unknown. Day X — dad went to a cheap salon, and mom went to the module. In the competitor salon, they began to tell my father about "laser angles" from the doorstep. By the way, we have never ordered a kitchen before and "laser corners" is the last thing we would like to hear about. My mother came to Olga — a smiling, client-oriented designer consultant with a lot of experience — charmed my mother from the doorstep and invited her to draw options for a dream kitchen. For about 2 hours, Olga figured out ideas from her head together with her mother. This stage is free. Everything was sent to Viber and printed out. And even the approximate amount has been calculated. After that, my mother came there the next day, there was another girl there — Julia, as it turned out later, the "heart and soul" of the company. She closed the remaining doubts. After that, materials began to be selected at the third meeting. Everything was picked up. Italian materials, design, colors and fittings. Julia and Olga spent two more hours with us at this meeting. After that, the measurers arrived — Andrey and Dmitry. At the measurement meeting, Andrey and Dmitry said that the project that we had planned was unlikely to succeed. We were ready to draw a new project. But when we returned to the salon, Olga said: the project should be. We will order you a countertop to order your size and everything will work out. After that, we came a couple more times to refine the moments and each time we were greeted as family people. We were not bred for money, we were not sold extras. We were told all the stages of the work. Maximum transparency. We knew exactly how much we would pay and we knew for sure that we would not get into an awkward situation. The next stage was the purchase of equipment — Julia and the salon cooperate with the Mounfield brand — we decided to order all the equipment from them. It turned out to be a decent discount. And they began to expect. A couple more times Dmitry and Andrey came to us for measurements in between (I want to note these two aces separately. Smart, educated people who understand what proportions, lines and numbers are. They were rooting for our kitchen even more than we were. So clearly, confidently. Julia promised that the kitchen and appliances would arrive at the end of August — and so it happened. Exactly at the end of August, the kitchen and appliances arrived. Everything arrived in perfect condition. No chips or cracks. On the appointed day, the kitchen and appliances were brought by the driver and movers. Special thanks to the driver Alexander (that's what his name seems to be). The loader guys brought everything to the apartment, they were very polite and intelligent, the driver himself helped and was also very polite. And all this for very modest money for such an amount of work. Assembly day has come — Andrey and Dmitry have assembled everything in a day. It's very fast. Built-in appliances in the kitchen. Everything turned out perfectly. Down to the millimeter. Even our repair specialist liked it. And he's seen all sorts of things. And then: happiness, shock and complete bliss from the fact that now we will have such a stylish, functional expensive-looking kitchen. Thanks to the whole team. Julia, Olga, Andrey, Dmitry, Alexander (the driver) and the guys are movers! Such a large team was involved to realize the dream of one small family. I want to tell the residents of Mogilev: you are lucky that you have a place where you will see the service in very expensive salons in Minsk and Moscow. Available payment methods: loans, installments, and treating people like people, not like an ATM. Do you want everyone to think about everything for you? Just come to the salon and understand what "la class" and cuisine from films about Italian aesthetics are.

We bought a kitchen for the first time and were very pleased with the designer, as she offered a lot of ideas and options for our future kitchen based on our budget. The measurers arrived the next day after the conclusion of the contract, which was very gratifying, since it was rumored that the poor were waiting for a very long time. The kitchen itself arrived a little over a month later, although they said to expect almost two months. I was pleased with the quality of the materials, everything was done neatly and also neatly packed. The pickers arrived the next day after delivery and collected everything in one day (considering our kitchen dimensions, it's fast). They also responded to help when something did not suit us.

On 30.07.2024, a contract for the provision of services for the manufacture of kitchen furniture was signed in the "Kitchen Module" on Pushkin Avenue in Mogilev. 02.08.24 in the evening, a measurer contacted me to agree on the date of measurements, we agreed a week later (after dismantling the old kitchen). At the agreed time, the measurer did not get in touch, he read the message on the Viber network, but did not respond. On August 12, at 13.30, I sent a message to the designer regarding the absence of a measurer. I received a message from the designer that the measurer is not in Belarus now, there will be another one. An hour later, the same measurer, who allegedly was not in Belarus, was contacted and was already in the city. Already at that time, there were concerns about working with this organization. But when I asked the designer to come up with an invoice (we planned to borrow the kitchen), it was suggested to come up on August 16 at 6 p.m. (this is Friday, so the bank is only on Monday) - these are still lost days.
I decided to read reviews about the company and came to the conclusion that I do not want to contact them. When I informed them that I was terminating the contract, they said that the advance payment would not be returned (100 rubles), because the work had already been done. You also need to write an application for refusal of services, indicating the reason. My arguments are not the reason for them. They say that if adults sign a contract, then they have decided everything for themselves and know what they are doing.
But what about adults on the part of the "Kitchen Module" for the provision of services, when the client himself must look for a measurer, call, write?
Also, the contract is not drawn up at all for the client, but absolutely only for the benefit of the organization itself. For example, the deadline for completing the work is from 35 to 55 working days from the start date of the work. The Contractor has the right to unilaterally, without the consent of the Customer, extend the term of work for another period of up to 14 working days.
If you want to save money and nerves, then don't get involved!!! If you are ready to wait for the measurer and the kitchen for a long time, then you are here!

We ordered the kitchen here and were very satisfied! The designers are very competent to help with the project. The measurers arrived on the day of signing the contract. The kitchen has been waiting for almost 2 months . The kitchen was installed immediately the next day . We also bought kitchen appliances here. We are very satisfied!
