(There are no questions about it), but I constantly ride without a rear brake, because it seems to be there, but it doesn't do any good, no matter how much we tried to tweak it, adjust it, in the end we found a very, very offensive and unfair thing. In June, I came to install waterproofing, where I was offered to pay for setting up a scooter. Okay, I paid for it..as a result, there is no setup, no 3-month warranty.. that when selling the rear brake system was not configured and the disc was shaking, that after paying for a paid setup. Is the brake check not included in this service? Okay. I went to the service center (Zhukovsky 29b which), because it is stated that I still have a scooter for half a year under warranty. Please just change the brake pads.And what do you think? Taking into account that one on the Kugoo website costs 20p...and you need to change 2.. they require 150 rubles from me..question..where does such a cheat come from? What kind of scam is this? Since when does the service of replacing a trifling part cost like 3 such parts, but 4 as a gift?

In the summer of 2023, he acquired the Kugoo M5. I bought it with setup and waterproofing. A request was made for a photo report on Viber. I received a gift (Chinese powerbunk). Upon delivery, they briefly showed the photos and left. After the first two days, the brakes started to creak. The handles got loose after the first trip. I went to the seller, they screwed me up. Waterproofing was carried out in the deck and in the motor wheel (I can not guarantee about 2). But there was no setup for it. I found out on the site what is included in the setup. The brakes squeaked constantly. And the BC (on-board computer) produced an exorbitant speed of 65 km / h. It turned out that the master (seller) did not even bother to set it up.(For those who do not understand, to set up the BC, you need to set the diameter of the wheels and the number of magnets in the wheel). It doesn't make sense to talk about tightening the bolts. Everything squished and rattled. A month later, the folding mechanism (goose) broke down. They took me to the service center. As a result of the repair, the eccentric jumped off and did not allow it to be fixed. When issuing the scooter, they managed not to fix the folding mechanism (it was not clamped enough and the steering wheel was shaking). Also, in the service center that works with the official Kugoo store, brake tuning was purchased. Subsequently, I had to take it to another service, because the brake disc bent and the wheel did not spin as a result of their repair.

I bought a Kugoo G-Booster electric scooter six months ago in installments. Everything works fine, it drives. There were no questions. I paid extra for all sorts of things, like waterproofing. I think it's worth it!

I sent the shock absorber with a breakdown, the service center kept the scooter for 3 months, stole the brake handles (put it on, don't understand what), glypsed, all scratched, gave the scooter a completely new one, returned it mutilated, a lot of photos will turn out if you throw off and 4 is enough. You're completely ignoring me... So much for the official dealer.

Фирменный магазин от Kugoo. Приятное помещение и персон ал. Хоть в наличии не всегда есть все аксессуары, но это не критично. Оформлял в покупку электросамокат. Проконсультировали, рассказали, объяснили. Всё чётко и без нареканий.

Купил самокат месяц назад катался только по городу уже поломка . Связался с сервисом они говорят гемонт через магазин, связался с магазином уже вторую неделю жду пока они его заберут, несколько раз звонил, в последний раз звонил уточнить ну когда уже а так просто трубку сбросили, сказали ждите я хотел уточнить а они сбрасывают я даже договарить не успел. Сервис "прелесть". Ну и вишенка на сайте поищут при покупки подарок будет , ну так вот его не будет

Просто потрясающие ребята! Очень всё круто и понятно объяснили по моделям и характеристикам! Подобрали подходящий для меня вариант.
Брал Kugoo X1, для города.
Сразу на месте провели тест-драйв.
Несколько месяцев определялся с фирмой где брать самокат. Остановился на Kugoo.
И не пожалел!!!!
Очень порвались! Всем рекомендую!!

Купил куго м 5,предложили гидроизоляцию, и настройку к ней в подарок,согласился,попросил фотоотчет гидроизоляции,не получил....настройку и гидроизоляциюю бортового компьютера не сделали,только тупо деку,и то не уверен что нормально,сопли висят,болты не все протянуты,в деке что-то вибрирует при разгоне,не вскрывал в надежне на гарантию,на мотор-колесе не указана мощность,хз оригинал ли...доставка 30 рублей...

Приехал из далека. Нанял человека . Заплатил 100 р. И 90 р.за покрышку. Приехал домой и хотел поставить. И брат показывает что она в дырках. Сразу отписался им . Они сказали что все проверяют каждый товар. Не было денег чтобы завести им обратно. Думал заклеить её но даже на СТО не взялись. Так что проверяйте пожалуйста перед покупкой товар. Я сглупил. Быстро глазами пролетел и купил. Боли в этот магазин не пойду.

ОБМАНЫВАЮТ ЛЮДЕЙ!!!
Отправил товарища купить втулку на kugoo s3, так как сам не с Минска, а почтой втулку не отправляют. Так вот, ему втюхали какую-то фигню, напечатанную на 3D-принтере. На фото справа оригинальная втулка, слева - купленная в этом магазине. Спрашивали даже, мол, оригинальный ли у меня самокат, мол, для оригинала нужна одна втулка, для поддельного - другая. Цену почему-то сказали не 15, как указано на сайте, а 20, ну ладно, цены сейчас скачут, может обновить не успели, подумал я.
В общем, очень не рекомендую покупать здесь детали для самокатов тем людям, которые в самокатах вообще не разбираются. Да и в принципе не советую сюда ходить, желаю этому магазину скорейшего закрытия с таким качеством деталей и отношением к покупателям.

Купил электросамокат Kugoo G-Booster и остался полностью доволен магазином. А больше всего хочу выразить благодарность менеджеру Веронике, которая принимала активное участие вплоть до доставки самоката на дом. Организовала фото отчёта гидроизоляции самоката и переслала мне. Помогала во всём что касалось самоката. Хочу конечно быть честным к людям которые будут покупать самокаты на этом сайте. Обслуживание от и до, но курьерская служба ни какая, не буду конечно обобщать. Мне нужно было доставить в Витебск, в первый день не доставили т.к был снег на трассах. На второй день позвонил курьер и сказал чтобы я подъехал с 9.00 до 10.00 и сам забрал, якобы у водителя машина 12 тонн, но всё обошлось и доставили на дом. Я думаю что решат вопрос с курьерской службой и всё будет окей. Ещё раз оговорюсь, огромное спасибо менеджеру Веронике, да и магазину. Покупайте, не пожалеете.

Отличный магазин, по телефону менеджеры грамотно пр оконсультировали, помогли разобраться с самокатами, приехала в магазин, дали прокатиться, рассказали об эксплуатации в зимний период, о хранении самоката, все на высоте!!
Выбрала x1, катаюсь уже 2 недели
П.с. Всем ремомендую коврик на самокат и перчатки, которые можно приобрести в том же магазине !
Руки не мерзнут от ветра и платформа чистая!)

Покупали в магазине самокат по карте рассрочки Черепаха, были неприятно удивлены комиссией магазина 5% за покупку в рассрочку. Консультант заранее не предупреждала об этом. В результате обошёлся дороже чем в других магазах. Навязчиво предлагают допы в виде гидроизоляции по драконовским ценам. Больше здесь не куплю

Продавец-консультант обещал мощность самоката kuggo m4 pro 600w,по факту привезли самокат мощностью мотор-колеса 500w.О дате и времени доставки самоката забыли сообщить вообще!Покупкой остался недоволен.

Приехали по времени указанному на сайте , оказалось закрыто, приехали на следующий день , не смогли прокатить из-за того что нет паспорта в залог а водительское удостоверение не взяли. Плюнули и уехали в другой магазин. Все самокаты в наличии покатали, выбрали подходящий и купили. Без паспорта!!! И дешевле чем в данном магазине. Менеджер по «продажам» не заинтересован в продаже от слова совсем.

Купил камеру к самокату. Оказалась дырявой. Взять обратно отказались. Мол при отгрузке проверяли, все хорошо. Не советую здесь что то покупать.

Купил М4pro.При вскрытии обнаружили небольшую потёртость на заднем крыле.Продавец компенсировал эту небольшую неприятность,держателем для телефона.Очень позитивный и отзывчивый персонал.Брал по предзаказу,позвонили заранее и уточнили мою бронь.Очень доволен покупкой.
