A polyclinic has opened on Batys. Many ordinary patients were invited to refresh themselves. We refreshed ourselves, But after a few months the clinic was closed. And we, the patients, are now going from Batys to Turgenev's polyclinic. It's very inconvenient. Why did they open it on Batys if they were going to close it? I am diabetic, hypertensive. I'm registered. I haven't received any medications since the beginning of the year.

For the first time, we were sent to this medical center for an MRI scan. And they didn't have electricity that day. The spare battery also ran out quickly. They have a live queue. In short, we came at 10 a.m., waited until 14:00, then the light was turned on, but the MRI machine refused. In general, we had an MRI at six in the evening.

Kuanysh is generally not praised in the city and I agree with them. Terrible service, terrible organization. I will not say about the professionalism of the doctors, since I was not seriously ill.
