I heard about this place and wanted to try it out. Truly not sure how this place works. Low quality food and low quality service. Will never go to this place again. I advise everyone not to go there. There are so many wonderful places in Yerevan. This one is the worst that I have ever tried. I went there today. Old bread. Horrible food. Definitely overpriced.

Amazing staff - they made my day. amazing atmosphere, we didn't even feel how time flew by. The most short waiting time and the most delicious food I’ve ever eaten. Drinks were great too, try their original ones.

I only vosited this place to eat khash in the winter, it’s got the traditional khash taste that you should have. Staff is kinda slow to bring you everything that you ask. Prices are reasonable.

One of the best restaurants in Yerevan I've been.
Good atmosphere, delicious food, excellent service. Reasonable waiting time. They have indoor and outdoor sittings. Overall very pleased. Thank you.

Awful food. Overpriced. Save your money. Don’t go there. We spent over 52000 drams.
Bread was so old we couldn’t eat it.
I have been in much better places with amazing food for much less price.

Centrally located on a trendy Saryan Street this cozy restaurant will satisfy your tastebuds with its fine cuisine and a pretty good wine list. Service is high up there. Indoor seating as well as outdoor. A must for a fine summer evening, which is pretty much 8 months out of the year. Some exclusive dishes are definitely worth to try. Overall - it’s a place that will likely to make you to come back!

I didn’t like this place for its cousine. Yes, they look nice and furniture is quite good but the food itself just regular. I ate lamb bbq and the portion was so small, meat was full of bones. Think before you go there)

Everything is fine.
No problem, on a day off at 17:30 we found a table without reservation. A large hall, two covered verandas behind glass, tables outside.
Very fast service. They cleaned the dishes, shifted them more compactly, changed napkins and so on.
The food is delicious, we took both national and burgers with borscht. The salad portions are very large. We ordered local and they were delicious (I remembered a couple of recipes for home). Dolma is delicious, but I'm more used to it without rice. Khachapuri on a thin dough.
The Ktoor wine is very decent.
The price tag is average in the center, but it's nice that another half was taken home.

The menu is small, the location and the interior are very beautiful, stylish and cozy! Beer was finally found on the taps and German, which is much better than local! If their signature salad is not delicious! A lamb the size of an adult's little finger does not chew, and there is nothing to chew there-bones! I didn't eat anything else) a beautiful young girl meets, smiles with reluctance is not pleasant, the waiters are guys worthy of saying nothing. That's it! 4 for good Yerevan, for the establishment 3 a lot, considering that I cook very tasty and consistently go to restaurants with my family in Moscow, the food that I ordered at the Ktur restaurant disappointed me!

Everything is fine , drinks , wine , snacks and desserts, the cradle is amazing , but it was possible to make an assortment of meat kebabs not two by two centimeters where men could not even taste it only after the third plateau , but as a girl I liked everything 🥰 thank you for your attention, service and interior ! And my cheese balls and chicken lula are the most delicious 🤍☺️❣️

It was pleasant and delicious for me here. The dishes that I ordered pleased me. Tasteful interior, light music. I was at lunch, there were no people, everything was prepared very quickly. But the service… I'm shooting a star just for that. As many have written, the waiters are not customer-oriented. Everyone gathered outside at the counter, standing. To get the bill, you need to go call them. This is the case in almost all establishments in Yerevan, the service is very lame. The younger generation do not know how to work, and no one teaches them this.

It was the first time. I chose by location and of course looked at the reviews. We liked EVERYTHING from the serving and the service, to the very quality of the cooking and the temperature of the serving. The three of them were together, and the check for dinner with wine, salads, appetizers, and hot food came out at 5,000 rubles. We were completely satisfied with all the selected dishes. Veal and chicken kebab 5+. Good luck to you guys, good customers, and keep it up!!! We will definitely come back!!!

The best restaurant in Yerevan! Amazing cuisine - delicious dolma, incredible kufta, the most delicate baklava. Good wine. The service is excellent - the staff is very friendly and sociable. During my week in Yerevan, I visited Ktoor several times, it was nice to know that the waiters remembered me))

I recently visited a restaurant that has so many bad reviews – complaints about the service were literally everywhere. I expected the worst, but decided to try anyway. To be honest, I was pleasantly surprised! I am from Kazakhstan, and I have already gone there three times in recent days.
The food turned out to be really tasty, the portions are good, and the quality of the dishes is pleasantly pleasing. The service, although not perfect, is not at all as terrible as it is described. The waiters were polite and tried their best. They may have had problems in the past, but they seem to be working on it.
So if you, like me, have only heard bad things about this place, I advise you to give them a chance.

A good place in Yerevan. The veranda is great to sit on in the evening. On Friday and Saturday, of course, it is better to book seats :) It's quite a popular place. The waiters are smiling guys with humor.

The most delicious place in Yerevan and its surroundings! A large and varied menu, a wide wine list, fast food delivery, large portions, responsive and hospitable waiters (the guys are real good fellows!) and incredibly delicious food! Everything is fresh! By evening, all the tables outside and in the hall are occupied. It is a must to visit!

One of the most favorite restaurants in Yerevan. You can choose an inexpensive, but very tasty and satisfying dish, for example, this is dolma in Yerevan. The best okroshka in the city (tan with greens). A very beautiful place in the open air, a little away from Saryan Street. Excellent location, close to Mashtots and close to squares. The waiting time is average, not bad. I liked it a lot more than in the Lavash on Tumanyan. A big plus is the tables outside. Only sometimes it happens that people smoke nearby, look carefully. The menu is very visual, many dishes are in the pictures with the price, it is very, very convenient. The prices are quite average. Portions are not always large, it depends on the specific dish, you need to specify.

Много-много мяса.
Брали блюдо "Под одной крышей" с впечатляющей подачей.
Также вкусные лепешки с разным наполнением.

We were with our family at this restaurant, we heard a lot of positive reviews, but in fact it turned out differently. We ordered eggplant rolls for an appetizer, they arrived quickly, it looked very nice, but it tasted like an old weathered dish. They immediately told the waiter about it, took the dish and returned with a reply from the cook that the dish was fresh and everything was fine with it.… What can I say, we wished the chef good luck and presented him with this dish. Of course, the bill was included here. We will never go and advise anyone again!

A wonderful, beautiful place filled with the atmosphere and culture of the Armenian people. The prices are affordable, the portions are huge, and most importantly, they are very tasty.

There were two times and two times they tried to deceive us.
1) when the bill arrived, the waiter said that they did not have + 10% for the service and tips separately. I opened an account, and they saw that the service fee was already included. Even if we don't know the language, it's hard not to notice the +10% line + we still check the receipt through the translator
2) after paying the bill, we were still sitting and additionally ordered a glass of beer and immediately asked for the bill. The waiter brought the bill and said, "That will be 1,000 drams," even though the bill was for 900
2) they gave this institution a second chance and came again, they did not order a bread basket, but they brought bread (we thought it was necessary), and included it in the bill (750 drams), they also ordered one vodka, vodka was more expensive in the bill. They probably take advantage of the fact that we don't know the Armenian language. Total deception again.
By the way, the waiter was the same both times. Maybe he's the problem?

Not a friendly waiter
Tolma is delicious
Eggplant rolls were brought to the others from the refrigerator, certified, at my request to change this dish, the waiter said that they were fresh, cooked an hour ago. This is not true, like any hostess, I know what fried eggplants and these rolls look like an hour ago, these obviously lay there for several hours, it's a pity I didn't take a picture (((
and in general, the dish from the refrigerator is a dubious pleasure. And the waiter was very unhappy here that I did not like the dish and demonstrated it in every possible way, then he replaced it with another salad.
The wine is not bad either
