I bought an air conditioner here, the choice was not great. Everything went well and quickly in the store itself, they made a discount, there are Russian-speaking sellers. Here there were problems with the installation, firstly, they did not bring any documents as promised in the store, neither a warranty card, nor an act of completed work on the result of the installation, they also took more money than was stated, although the installation was standard.

We purchased a gas boiler, and were given a business card with the contact of the person (Malkhazi) who was supposed to install it for us. I called and made an appointment. At 11 a.m., I was told that he would arrive in half an hour, but at 4 p.m. no one had arrived yet. No one answered the phone.
