I ordered RAM for delivery.
The defective one arrived. They refused to pick her up by courier, I had to personally change all plans to fly to them and give them the RAM for diagnosis.
They took me for diagnosis and designated 14 days.
As a result, on the 12th day, they call me back confirming that it turned out to be defective (oh, shock, how so, because this was not originally mentioned).
It also seemed funny how heroically the operator showed me customer orientation, noting the diagnosis carried out not in the 14 stated days, but in 12.
I ask them to finally deliver a serviceable RAM to my house, to which I receive an answer that they are not obliged to deliver goods up to 5 kg. I have to break my plans again and fly to them to pick up the RAM.
We have delivered the defective product and consider it successfully completed. They no longer consider it necessary to deliver high-quality goods.
It is a pity that the store I previously respected has fallen to such a level.

I bought an ASUS TUF RTX 4070 TI Super video card, When ordering, we agreed with the manager that the warranty would be 36 months. I arrived at the pick-up point, paid for it and took it away. I did not look at the warranty period in the warranty book. I read it carefully at home, it turned out that it was 24 months. I called the store and explained the situation. It is not difficult to guess that no one answered the phone in the warranty department, attempts to call at least one of the public KST numbers again.They were also unsuccessful. Technically, everything is clear, I'm calling from mobile to mobile, my number is visible. I.e., if there are any problems, the store tries to jump off without communicating with the customer? Is this the case with warranty obligations?
I bought the product in this store. Unfortunately, a mistake was made when choosing and buying the product did not fit. The return of the goods was refused, referring to the fact that the goods were in use (the box was opened and that's it). I explained that the product was not used, but was opened in order to know how the Chinese mess up and can put anything in the box. As a result, the product was deployed. I bought PC accessories. It's too bad that the manager doesn't sit on the phone with the guys who complete the order.
