Good day! I would like to leave my feedback as a client of the House of Grandiose Events "Crystal". More recently, when organizing a wedding event, we ordered the decoration of a restaurant in Crystal for a total amount of about 8,500 UAH. In general, the hall was well decorated, for which we would like to thank the House of Grandiose Events. But there was also one THING - in the photo zone, they made a MISTAKE with the WEDDING DATE on the printout. The photo zone was not cheap at all, but in the end the wedding photos turned out to be a little spoiled. The most unpleasant thing is that the employees of this institution, in response to our claims, tried to transfer all the blame to us, because allegedly when choosing the sources (background) for printing, we did not pay attention to the date. Be careful when working with the Crystal.
