If it were possible to put zero stars, I would. In order:
1) There is no food, because "the cook did not come on shift today." They offered snacks to choose from.
2) I asked for warm juice, they brought ice from the refrigerator. To my objection, they said, "this is the warmest, there is no other one." They offered to warm him in a basin of hot water. I don't know if it's humor, but it wasn't funny to me. I asked for boiling water for him, I reminded him about boiling water three times, they brought it only after 50 minutes.
3) Garliks were brought 50 minutes after the reminder, the sausage was brought earlier, but it was cold.
4) For all this happiness, 10% service was included in the bill. I hope this money will buy a book about the management of the restaurant business.
Verdict: you need to come here well-fed and, preferably, drunk. There is nothing here except sarbast.
