They said that all the seats are free, so far no one has asked. 5 days before the event, my mother was sent to make a deposit and discuss the menu. They said that they had made a mistake: someone had signed up another company for our reservation. As a result, we will be transferred from a separate hall to the entrance. I called and expressed my indignation and disagreement. That's what we agreed on. But then the day before, at 6.30 pm, they called and informed us that we would be placed back in the hallway at the entrance. It was such a shock to me! This is the first time I have come across such lawlessness. Maybe because it was the first time I turned to them? Employees are not competent either in their work or in the laws. They prioritize reservations at their discretion, and not who is the first, as is customary. Having taken a deposit, they do not incur obligations. I do not advise you to contact this institution!
40 people had a rest in the cafe, celebrated the anniversary, liked the service and the kitchen, there is a separate banquet hall, there are no corridors. At the big banquet, no one was seated next to us. The previous review does not specify how many people were planned, if "five", then the administration has the right to accept orders from others.
