We took an Excursion to Pitsunda through the website. Expectations did not match reality. A very colorful description of the tour, but in fact it's just paying for a ride in a stuffy minivan without air conditioning and a guide to the temple + concert. And that's it. The program of the tour does not correspond to the stated one. More than 200 visitors were herded to the museum guide on the territory of the temple. That is, this office does not have its own guide. I do not recommend this organization, it is better to buy tours in the city from representatives of other companies, it will be cheaper.
This is the first time in Abkhazia. We were very worried. Thanks to Galina Borisovna, she organized everything. We were taken directly from Adler train station via Granza to our place of residence. We visited two excursions. We are VERY satisfied. The drivers of Adgur and other professionals in their field, by mountain cart or carefully, it was interesting, we are delighted. Galina Borisovna saw us off and met us. I also liked it VERY much on Mount Athos. We are happy with the rest. Everything is great!!!
We were in Abkhazia on November 4-6, 2023 with a group, stayed at the Musser boarding house.We were unpleasantly surprised by the abundance of forest bugs in the rooms, the lack of hygiene supplies, a hair dryer.It's the 21st century! Since we flew only with hand luggage, it was impossible to accommodate everything. Repairs were done there, probably, during the USSR! Shabby walls, torn wallpaper.I don't say anything about plumbing at all....
There is no point in writing about the wonderful sea and the weather, anyone who has been to Abkhazia knows about it.
I was also surprised that after the excursion to Lake Ritsa, we were taken to a cafe for lunch, and the guide said that we could count on the amount of 550 rubles per person!!!! and no more!
I had to pay extra money to eat. Although we paid for a tour for 2 days without taking into account the flight of 260000 rubles.!!!! for 10 people.
We are experienced people, it didn't spoil our mood, but the sediment remained.
In fact, people of different degrees of training and, as it were, a different set of tourist services work under the brand of this agency. At one point we were told that the queue was for a week, and with the help of another representative of the same agency, the next morning we were already scuba diving.
