But I didn't like the attitude, and the excellent reviews about the excellent service were not confirmed. The information and service is lame - we came for processing from another city, upon return we saw that the doors with the rubber bands removed, the rubber bands in the trunk. And none of the employees said a word. A call to the center is the answer "To avoid deformation from the composition, ride for 1.5 months without them, sign up, we will put it back. Do not worry, removing the lower elastic bands does not affect the airtightness of the cabin.... And here experience has shown that it even has a great effect, throwing dirt, water and air ... After a specified period, they made a call for recording - we were informed that the administrator will now call back and offer the best option. The result is that they forgot about us or scored on us, but no one called back. Two weeks later, they reminded me of themselves again, and lo and behold, they signed up. Unfortunately, they were dissatisfied with the result, you come from another city - and they put rubber bands on all the dirt that you collected from all the roads. Such an attitude for very decent money is not only frustrating, but also makes you wonder whether the quality of services corresponds to the stated ones. P.s. The head responds promptly to the feedback, it is suggested to come at a convenient time and correct the situation.
