We went with our family specifically to this institution. To visit and taste their cuisine. Lunch disappointed us, our waiter was mistaken in the name of the pasta. We were surprised by the portions of the dishes. There is a lot of training, but the output is too small. We ordered "Cheeks with kenua" and brought a Cheek with smeared porridge. The interior is very beautiful, excellent New Year's decor. But the details are striking, the worn and worn chairs, the peeling plaster in the toilets. So we still have a residue after this institution. I hope they will make cosmetic repairs soon.

We were at this hotel with my son during the New Year holidays . This is the rare case when everything is wonderful - from the location to the kitchen. Forest, Neman River, clean air. Neat rooms, super breakfasts, excellent restaurant and lobby bar.

Beyond praise.
We had a wonderful weekend here. The staff is very helpful and courteous. Any questions were immediately resolved by calling the reception. The price included not only a room, but also a luxurious breakfast, spa and transfer to and from the city center.
Spa: swimming pool and sauna. There are various interesting elements included in the pool: a waterfall from the bell, a burball in the center and a strong underwater jet. The spa time is unlimited, but at the same time we tried to distribute the guests so that they did not overlap (the pandemic after all).
Breakfast is on the menu (quite varied for breakfast), but at the same time you can order anything until you burst. Dishes from simple to interesting: from porridge to bacon ice cream :)
A lot of unexpected pleasures. For example, upon returning from the city center (on the transfer), we found a couple of truffle candies and a good night wish in the room. At parting, after the calculation, they handed over water and cupcakes.
Overall, I really liked it and I want to come back again.

There are no photos of bathrooms on the website. In my opinion, they are extremely out of line with the price category of the hotel. The view from the window of room 212 (standart room) also upset me. And most of all, I was upset by the kitchen: since yesterday, at the reception they ask in advance to choose what you will eat for breakfast. However, we had to wait quite a long time at breakfast. Coffee/tea was served for 10 minutes, and rice porridge was served ten minutes later. Porridge consists of rice filled with milk (looks like milk soup), sooo sweet milk. Another ten minutes later to bring pancakes, right in front of us the waiter began to take out the hair from the pancakes, said "sorry", walked away and returned a minute or two later with pancakes (obviously the same ones). The cheesecakes in the middle are not baked, perhaps this is intended, although I ate completely different ones a year ago..The breakfast was just disgusting. The tiny croissant was good at the same time))
The staff is excellent, extremely polite.
Greek salad: without dressing (although the waiter assured that there is a dressing), without oregano, without red onion, but with red bitter cabbage, not tasty

We stopped by with friends to walk around the territory. We decided to have coffee on the veranda. There were a lot of empty tables. The polite waitress couldn't offer us a table. She answered rudely and very rudely that the tables were booked and we could not offer you 30 minutes for coffee at 3 free tables.

One of the best places, we were very surprised , the service is 5+ , the room costs about $ 100 but you get some bonuses, in the form of : a transfer from city to city , a bicycle (if available), a sauna, a swimming pool, and an unlimited breakfast (not a buffet, but fully from the menu)

A wonderful place! A friend brought me to this place for a weekend) we rested, enjoyed time in the forest ☺️ the presence of other people was not felt, we were alone in the spa👌🏻 the restaurant had very tasty and hearty dishes, I have not tasted such a delicious Pina Colada cocktail anywhere (even in Africa, where coconut and pineapple are not in we had an unpleasant situation with the key (the door to the room did not open), we were given a top-class room for this time + treated to desserts in the restaurant (it is clear that visitors are very important). I thank this place and the people who work there! We will definitely come again)

This is the most fabulous hotel I've ever been to in my entire life, a very high-quality souvenir of the hotel (I still use their handle, it's velvety and pleasant to the touch), very friendly staff, amazingly delicious food, the kitchen is just gorgeous, like in the best restaurants in the World - I especially recommend the mashed soup inside rolls of homemade bread. The building is historical, you feel like visiting some Romanovs, the forest is nearby, clean air, beauty around, the room is very beautiful.

Only here is the only jamb that the adjustment bolt is broken on a bicycle with a child seat and the seat height is not adjustable because of this!
And so, in general, the class, I'm happy!
I hope that the administration will repair the adjusting bolt on the bike with a child safety seat!
