A good hotel. Rooms, their arrangement, filling, hall. Everything is thought out and executed for people. It seems that the city streets are not far away, but the hotel is quiet. Breakfast is normal, not in bulk, of course, but just a little is enough. The pool in the courtyard attracts the attention of the guests. Russian-language TV channels are available (not everywhere now). I liked the hotel, I will stay.

The rooms are spacious. Very clean, cleaned every day. Everything you need is there - slippers, bathrobes, toiletries.
The breakfasts are huge))) Just like everywhere else in Uzbekistan.

Great Hotel!
Wonderful and friendly staff.
Delicious food, delicious breakfasts.
The rooms are clean and smell nice. Super soft and nice bed.
Transport accessibility is convenient. Parking was no problem.
Well, for the money, the price tag is adequate.
It's a pity there wasn't enough time for the spa, it was highly recommended.

I am very pleased with this hotel. I live in Europe myself. And I had to come again on business. And I stopped here for the second time. Amazing home environment! The staff is caring, attentive, any wish is fulfilled quickly, clearly and with a smile. At the reception, the guys speak different languages, they solve all the issues. I am an elderly man and I had health problems and the guys decided everything right away. It is felt that the management of the hotel carefully selects the staff.
The cuisine is varied, the buffet is very tasty.
The hotel shines with cleanliness: linen, towels, bathrobes, slippers are constantly being changed. Shampoos, gels and other small things are updated.
I also enjoyed the sauna with great pleasure: hammam and Finnish!
In general, 10 points, 5 stars!

It's like from another world-everything is dug up, neglected, you don't even believe that you will get to the hotel that is booked. There is no map of the city and offers about any tourist offer, sightseeing, city tour or something else

It should be understood that by local standards, the hotel is considered cool. But for guests from Moscow, it will be an average one.
Our room was cleaned every other time, the bathrobes were not changed, as were the slippers (it's funny that not all hotel guests had slippers).
There was such a thing in the restaurant that you order a dish, wait for it for a while, and then they come to you and say that they don't have such a dish now… And so on several times.
Dollars were stolen from a colleague's bag. Apparently someone from the maintenance staff. We notified their superiors about this so that they would know that they have such a problem, they need to work on it. Since there was no time to contact the police, it was necessary to leave for the airport already. What did they get an unpleasant reaction to…
Although earlier my colleague complained that people came to her room without knocking, and there was a case when they came to her in the evening, looked into the room, saw her (my colleague) and immediately left.
My colleague opened the door and asked, "Did you come in?"
And the girl from the staff answered her: "No!"
On the plus side, there is a swimming pool.
