To a direct question from me what should I do, change the router or antenna, or raise the antenna higher, the master did not answer anything, he does not even know the prices. As a result, after Googling, I bought and installed everything myself. I.e. was it difficult for me to tell about it right away? Never contact them, it's expensive, the same routers they have are more expensive by 200 rubles, the service is not good, you expect calls from them for several days, money is not returned for poorly done work, horror!!!

I live in the city, there are at least about 10 towers around. A category 6 modem with an antenna, the speed on a good day barely reaches 20, in the evening 5. At the same time, the speed is higher on a phone with its own Internet connection. I paid more than 1000 for the equipment.
