Conclusion: the service is not very good, it is better to pay more and go to a hairdresser / salon with an administrator who will pay attention to you and will somehow manage the masters or to a master more interested in customers

I have to express my deep disappointment in the work of the barbershop, especially in connection with the professionalism and quality of service. I made an appointment with a certain master, in this case, the hairdresser Natalia P.
However, when I arrived at the appointed time, I was surprised by the fact that there was a completely different master in front of me, who does not seem to have the necessary skills and experience working with clients. This created unpleasant moments and caused misunderstandings.
After trying to resolve this situation, I called the barbershop, and to my great disappointment, I was faced with rudeness and unprofessionalism on the part of the staff. I was told that it was my fault, and my original preferences were deliberately ignored.
This attitude towards customers is unacceptable, and it seriously undermines the reputation of the barbershop. I hope that my comments will be taken seriously and measures will be taken to improve the quality of service and attention to customers.

I would like to thank the wonderful master and friendly person, Olga Akulich. What Olga is doing is a masterpiece. A beautiful manicure is something that I always need, because I have to meet people all the time at work. For a very long time, I could not find a good master who could do exactly what I want. And here, you can talk and relax, and then look at the work done and.... just gasp with happiness! The manicure is simply amazing, lasts for a very long time, does not chip off, does not peel off, and just looks very beautiful. The barber shop is still okay, it's normal, you can walk. But they are not very friendly to children. There were THREE times and three times the hairdresser couldn't even. Don't walk, don't knock, don't talk. For the last time, don't scare the fish at all! I understand everything and I will make a remark to the child myself, where necessary. The barbershop has announced a children's haircut, so let the staff be ready that the children will come and wait in line. You can put decorations or buy a couple of cars, it won't hurt.
