Of the whole village, most likely, the best hotel. There is everything you need. I liked the room. My daughter liked the presence of a swimming pool, in the evening the lighting is romantic)))) They took only breakfast, they feed it tightly) and porridge, and sandwiches, and / or boiled egg, or pancakes, or pancakes, or sausages. There is not enough salt in all the dishes to make it delicious. They don't salt at all. Porridge can still be fixed, but pancakes or pancakes are not. My daughter didn't eat them at all. Tea and coffee, boiling water in thermoses. Comfortable. Lunch and/or dinner can be ordered if you have only booked for breakfast. But a little bit in advance, it's clear.
There is a barbecue, a gazebo nearby. The store is nearby, meat and coals can be bought there. But! Be ready to "rock" these coals for 2 hours. Disgusting.

We stayed at this pleasant hotel in early June 2024.In general, I liked everything, the food is delicious, the staff is attentive. The sea is 10 minutes away on foot, the beach is pebbly, the approach is gentle. There are 2 good canteens nearby, several shops with everything you need. The hotel is quiet, clean, we were with a 9-year-old child, a small minus is that there is no deep children's pool, in general, the hotel is wonderful, if possible, we would return again.

I have never seen such good hotels before. We rested in the middle of July on the fifth floor.
I was immediately surprised that the staff was so pleasant and helpful.
The room has:
Air conditioning, mini fridge,
balcony bed, large TV, wardrobe and two bedside tables.
In the toilet:
Shower, glass, toilet, trash can, sink, hanger.
They take out the trash and give you toilet paper every day.
Every other day they give you a new towel.
After 5 days, the bed is changed, the room is cleaned.
The food is always fresh and delicious.
The pool is large and clean.

I study hotel business myself and work in a hotel and I know more than enough about the standards of the hotel. The problem is. That it is enough for the staff to knock on the door quietly 1 time. And immediately opens the door. The question for the staff is how the guests should react so quickly. By standards, maids need to knock 3 times with pauses and only then enter. And a couple of times the maid got into an awkward situation. And later she made excuses, "Oh, I thought there was no one."

Crystal, but not shining.There are more minuses than pluses.A big plus is the pool with the purest and warmest water.Respect for that. But the room itself is 2 out of 5. The bed is very uncomfortable, the air conditioner just blows away, does not refresh, the room is humid. There is no soap, no toilet paper, the bathroom is covered in mold. The room is dreary. And everywhere there is a strong smell of bleach, both in the hotel itself and towels with bed linen.It's not pleasant to sleep.

We had a rest in June in Crystal. Great room, junior suite, everything is very clean, new furniture, plumbing, bed linen, good TV, wonderful staff! No matter what you ask, they will always help, fix, and prompt you... The weather failed, of course, they tried to keep warm with the air conditioner, but it was not quite working properly... But this problem was immediately eliminated! They gave us warm blankets, they always asked if everything was all right, if everything was fine... In general, the staff really works for the benefit of the guests!
I took off * for the constant blackouts of light and water, because I think that the owners can quite afford a generator and a well, so as not to create such inconveniences for their guests!. Moreover, the cost of the hotel is by no means economical.

We were disappointed in the hotel. They didn't warn in advance that their pool was broken. We chose the hotel solely for the sake of the pool. To which we were told that the pool was closed only upon arrival, when there was nowhere else to go. It's not worth the money. There were only porridges for breakfast, which is also a big minus. The dog barked at night, it was difficult to sleep because of the barking.

The hotel is nice, clean, the rooms have good new furniture, there is a swimming pool, but it is not heated!!!We were with young children, so we were looking for a hotel with a heated pool, the description of the hotel says that the pool is heated, but heating is not included, so be careful when choosing a hotel!We asked to turn on the heating, to which we were answered rudely (the administrator is Tatiana, I will write about her below) that there is nothing to turn it on, so swim, like it's outside and it's so hot!!!Now about the administrator Tatiana. We arrived at the hotel at 8 pm, this very Tatiana met us!To say that this is rude is to say nothing! She answers all questions with tension, it feels like she doesn't need clients at all!He breaks down, is rude, rude!Moreover, we didn't ask her anything special, we just asked questions about the hotel. Even in Abkhazia, electricity is often turned off, so sometimes, when they came to the hotel, there was no water either. But all this is not so long and not critical. There is no hairdryer and kettle in the rooms. But the hotel has a small kitchen, you can cook there yourself, we did not use the kitchen, but some vacationers did. By the way, once we got into a scandal with the same administrator Tatiana, passing by, we heard her yelling at some man that he dragged all the knives from her kitchen, he told her that he did not take them, but she persistently screamed, not hearing anyone around!Even before we were there, a woman with her daughters was kicked out of the gazebo next to the pool, explaining that the gazebo was for gatherings in the evenings, for some reason it was impossible to sit in it during the day!And she says all this with pretensions, as if someone was guilty in front of her!He scolds adults like little naughty children! The sea is about 300-350 meters away. And the hotel itself is a kilometer from the border, which is very convenient.

We arrived to check in late at night. We booked a triple room, but settled in a double room, offering a cot ... on which it is impossible to sleep even. The three of us had to sleep on the same bed. The next day, the problem was solved, but still an unpleasant situation. The territory of the hotel is good, there is a gazebo, barbecue, sun loungers, a swimming pool. The rooms are clean, but they are cleaned every five days, towels and bed linen have not been changed. But the food here is sad. The cooking is terrible. Lettuce is cut into chunks, although salads are loudly said: tomato, cut into huge chunks and pepper, seasoned with vinegar. Mashed potatoes are like glue. For breakfast, cheap sausages, sausage, yoghurts that cost 14 rubles and preheated ready-made pancakes. The sea is 7-10 minutes away. The beach is not equipped, there is an unfinished building on the shore, it is dirty. Excursions are sold near the hotel, the cashier is Lali, it is better to contact her, she will tell you which tour is better to choose, she will tell you in detail how everything goes.

After the first acquaintance, we avoided her, so as not to spoil our rest and nerves! All questions were solved with the same vacationers on the beach! The pool is NOT HEATED!!! Do not believe what is written on the website! Terribly cold! And for some reason it's covered. There are not enough sun beds and there is nowhere to sunbathe, the pool area is small! Now about the food at the hotel. They took breakfast first, but then refused. Porridge is burnt every day and for 250 rubles. you can have breakfast in a cafe on the counter. Choose the dishes yourself and it's cheaper!!!Before choosing this hotel, we reread all the reviews, I thought people were exaggerating, but no. Everything turned out to be true! The receptionist is a terrible woman. Apparently, he does not understand his duties at all. She needs to please tourists so that they can relax with pleasure, write positive reviews and recommend this guest house to others. Her task includes the only duty - to poison the lives of tourists! Who is going to relax in this village, please note that the heating and electricity are removed every day! The village of autumn is quiet and there is nowhere to walk! We stayed at the hotel for 20 days, the second half of June, the beginning of July. I liked everything, except cleaning the rooms and changing the linen, I couldn't wait, I had to look for mops, rags and wash everything myself, there was no declared cleaning every three days, they cleaned twice in 20 days and then I had to ask, the toilet drain did not work, the master came only two weeks later.
I do not recommend the hotel itself, but this village, the stormy Psou River flows nearby and the sea is constantly very cold, almost fresh.

I wrote a very detailed review on <url>, where I described all the impressions of staying in this place. Let's just say the overall impression is negative. On the plus side, a good pool, good rooms, a dining room, shops, a beach and the Psou border crossing are within walking distance.
Among the disadvantages, the peculiar attitude of the staff, we did not feel any special joy from our stay with them. A third of the way to the beach you have to walk along a carriageway without a sidewalk, and local drivers are "hot horsemen", they do not slow down even on turns, especially you need to be more careful with children. Electricity is often cut off in the republic, as a result, it is not possible to take a shower and use the toilet, since water is supplied by a pump, and there is no generator in the hotel. We definitely would not have gone to this guest house a second time, even if we had decided to go to Abkhazia again.

The first thing that caught my eye was the staff - everyone except the maid Guli hates the hotel guests and walks around with a sullen face like "how tired we are of you all here." The owner of the hotel is a man of about 70 years old, every morning he shouts loudly in the courtyard as if he wants to be heard on the next street. A couple of times we heard him talking obscenely and aggressively with someone from the staff. He's a terrible guy. The children are behaving badly in the yard, shouting loudly, running around the dining room, interfering with people's rest and dinner. The favorite activity of the guests of this hotel is drinking alcoholic beverages. So the father of one of the girls, who chased around the yard every evening and screamed loudly, took out 4-5 empty bottles of Sukhum beer every day. I also didn't like the food in the dining room, everything is of poor quality, mashed potatoes are impossible to eat, pastries are disgusting, they save on everything. There is no sound insulation in the rooms, from 6 a.m. the neighbors slam the doors, move the beds on the tiles, you will definitely not be able to relax in this hotel.
