A fairly new hotel. There are many rooms. There is an online booking. The hostesses speak Russian well. They are pleasant and friendly. There were no problems with the check-in. They answered all questions politely and wanted to help. Payment in cash in tenge.
The room on the second floor of the standard category is small, but sufficient for an overnight stay (we were with our son). There is a minimum set of necessary things. The beds are comfortable. TV, mini fridge, air conditioning. The windows overlooked the courtyard. It was very quiet, although the audibility between the rooms is high, especially in the bathroom. Every word is distinguishable.
We lived twice. I got the same number. The first time, everything was fine. The room was clean and ready to move in, but for the second time, as if it had been forgotten to clean after the guests. I had to wait until they were ready.
There is a restaurant with a bar on the ground floor. You can eat on the menu. Overall, not bad.
Breakfasts are held right there. A meager minimum buffet set.
Large Parking for cars. It is convenient for those traveling by car. As well as the location, it is convenient for those who are passing through to spend the night, but not for those who want to stay and walk around the city. The hotel is far from the center. There is nothing interesting around.
Result. It is a worthy choice for guests or tourists on their own car.
PS: when relaxing in the evening in a restaurant, do not communicate with a well-intentioned "friend" or "brother" who has hooked up with you. It can end unpleasantly.

A new cozy hotel near the airport. Friendly staff at the reception. Affordable prices for delicious dishes and alcohol in the restaurant (by the standards of Russian prices) During the first wave of mobilization, prices were raised 3 times for accommodation, i.e. from 3K tenge to 8. But there were places for the day ahead, which was rare at that time. People who were waiting for the room were not kicked out of the soft zone, thank you for that

I get 5 points for cleanliness and novelty. So far, everything is new. The hotel is located relatively close to the airport. The rooms are clean. A comfortable bed.
P.S. My room did not have a gig. shower and the glass door in the shower was cracked. We'll put it down to the fact that we didn't have time to change the 403 number.

The only disadvantage is when the hotel staff is not competent, this is when you book rooms from another city and upon arrival there are no rooms or they offer more expensive. Overall, the hotel is clean and the breakfasts are delicious.

We booked a Suite, they said 60,000 tenge, and upon check-in they said 100,000 tenge, although there are no such prices in the price list at all (3-4 times lower), the hotel manager said that the price was revised today. Very sorry.

A new hotel, the price is reasonable. The rooms are spacious. Clean, odorless. The location is convenient, close to the airport. They replenish the water every day. Silence.
Cons: there is no desk in the room, this is important for business travelers. There's nowhere to sit to work.
The staff needs to be trained. They behave noisily, clean the room in the evening.

The hotel is not bad, relatively new, I will not say that I would never come to it, but next time I will look at another one.
1. The price per room is high for this hotel. ( at the time of writing the review, max. The price for a standard room, in my opinion, is 3,500 rubles, but in fact 5,533 rubles.);
2. Shower partitions are all smeared with sealant;
3. The shower water does not drain well;
4. Breakfast is not a buffet, but a good 3 out of 5. They are cleaned with remarks, there are traces on the tile in the bathroom, apparently tooth paste.
Visually, everything should be fine or excellent from the outside, but if not, it is satisfactory.

A very decent place. Not cheap by local standards. But the comfort, in my opinion, is worth it. The room is clean and has everything you need. Including disposable toothbrushes and a razor. There is a kettle and tea in the room. A small refrigerator with water. Breakfast is included. A corner of Europe.
