A seedy institution, the number of visitors is extremely low. Probably all residents of Petropavlovsk have heard, and someone knows firsthand about the constant clashes of drunken visitors to this institution with each other and with the police. I do not recommend visiting the region.
A good cafe. Delicious pancakes and pizza. There is free Wi-Fi and a kind of pleasant atmosphere inside. I advise those who like to enjoy their food and relax to go there
So it's not a bad cafe, but in the evening a violent youth gathers there, so you won't sit, they just can get to the bottom of it, and so a very good assortment and a choice of good music
