Disgusting service. We made a delivery order with a colleague, wrote that the order was being processed and silence. The manager did not call back, did not specify anything. On the day of delivery, they began to search for the order, it turned out that it could not be delivered!!!! And warn you?! Apparently, this business doesn't need customers.

Since one popular delivery has lost its perishability, I decided that now I will pack minced meat-pancakes-dumplings at the Shrub, because he has an online store.
I have registered, I have scored a basket, I just think to pay - but the card is not added. I call them, they say that due to the events in Ukraine, online payment does not work, you can pay only upon delivery. I asked if I could use a card, because I don't have any cash. They said that of course. So I ordered it.
4 days pass, the delivery guy calls (the time was not previously agreed upon, only the day), grit "if you're at home, I'll be looking for you right now." I said that I was at home and waiting, and suspecting something was wrong, I immediately warned that I had a card and I agreed on it. The delivery guy said, and I quote, "I don't always take a terminal with me," and says, they say, only cash. I said there was no cash, alas. And so they parted. He immediately dialed into the store and described the situation. They told me, "Everything is clear, I'll call the delivery guy now." More than a week has passed since then. The order was never delivered, and I was no longer contacted. I don't understand how to order anything from them anymore.
If they do contact me and deliver my order, I will update the review and rating. So far, alas, they are no longer pulling.
P.S. The site, by the way, periodically did not work at all or wildly slowed down: there were also problems with this.
And the order, by the way, has been in processing there since October 31.

Good products, mostly. The fat is really too salty. But someone might like it that way. However, the delivery is "lame" Every order, and I order almost every week, it is not without adventures. Then they will not deliver a jar of mass for draniki. Before, smoked brisket will be put instead of salted brisket. The veal has not been delivered once, although it is available for order every time.
