Definitely a place NOT to go. And it's paid for. There's nothing in there. At a few points, cannonballs are lying on the ground with 3-4 balls of mold inside. There is a tower, a clock tower, going up, coming down is a big problem, I never recommend it. Pity about your money 🙏

We liked it. Everything is in its original form. The view from the walls of the fortress is fascinating. Clean, tidy, There is a viewing platform near the fortress on the city, Parking is a step away from the fortress, I definitely recommend it.

You can visit. There's not much to see, but climbing the tower is still an adventure. There is a working clock on the tower, you can see the mechanism from the inside. Panorama of Erzurum.
