Отличный отель. Ухоженная, красивая территория, не сказать, что очень большая, но всё очень удобно расположено. Великолепный песчаный пляж, всегда можно найти лежак, буйки далеко - любителям дальних заплывов понравится. Бары рядом.) Питание хорошее, есть импортный виски, текила. Отличная анимация и развлечения. Есть взрослый и детский аквапарки. Много русскоговорящего персонала, в отделе по работе с клиентами всегда присутствует русскоговорящий сотрудник, все очень приветливы. Контингент отдыхающих: турки, иранцы, арабы, русские. Забавный антураж а-ля Кремль и вживую и на фото смотрится красиво. В нынешней политической ситуации можно считать большим плюсом. Вряд ли кто-то поедет сюда с той стороны. Из минусов: много народа, обычные номера "уставшие". Отличная шумоизоляция между номерами, но при этом никакая дверь, слышно проходящих мимо номера, ощущение, что они внутри. В целом отдых понравился.

Отдыхала в этом отеле более 10 раз. Всегда отлично. В этом (2023) году сделано много улучшений. Миниаквапарк для маленьких детей, новые ланч-зоны. Площадки для дискотеки и живой музыки. Аниматоры, бармены, все работают отлично. Питание в этом году значительно улучшилось. Из минусов есть очереди в главном ресторане за некоторыми блюдами, но это скорее по тупости самих отдыхающих. В номерах надо бы кое-что обновить. К горничным есть вопросы. Но в целом отличный отдых.

С ребенком 4 лет на 10 ночей сентябрь 2023.
В целом если считать что это был "отдых для ребенка" то все отлично. Детский клуб с хорошими аниматорами могут занять ребенка с утра и до вечера. Отличные детские дискотеки и вечерние детские шоу (лего, моана,лего, клоуны, мыльные пузыри , миньоны ...). Здание в два этажа и отдельно помещение для 0-3 возраста.
Аквапарк на территории. Детский и взрослый. Вода с утра бодрит) не подогревается
Есть шоу и для взрослых сыну были интересны и они- турецкое, магия-фокусы)
Недочеты для меня - мало морепродуктов в основном ресторане. Нет детского стола.
пляж мог бы быть полностью в чистом песке (вторая часть из песка который "пылит")
В целом с детьми отлично

The staff are just great smarties👍 Wi-Fi works smoothly throughout the territory, even at sea, which was very surprised and pleased at the same time. I liked the daily evening shows, especially live music performed by our hits, the people lit up until late at night!!! Great atmosphere!!! A gorgeous area with lots of coniferous trees, swimming pools and food outlets! Therefore, there were only positive emotions and memories of the rest in this hotel, I would come back here again with pleasure👏🫶

Отдыхали с 22 по 29 июля отель нам очень понравился. Большая территория каждый уголок своеобразный очень красив. Море чистое , песок и мелкая галька, пирс. Куча баров. Для детей безумное количество развлечений у нас две дочки 6 и 12 лет обе находили себе развлечения с огромным интересом. Горок полно всяких. Номера убирают каждый день. Персонал доброжелательный особо хочу выделить Дилару и Алину помогли и поддерживали меня как могли. Муж попал в больницу отель предоставлял бесплатный трансфер чтон мы могли навестить. Спасибо всем. Отель рекомендуем!!!

There is practically no cleaning, only if you swear (dirty floor, not washed toilet, garbage) The reception has the most disgusting Russian-speaking neighbors in the countries, a very arrogant woman works there, I have not seen such rudeness yet. The smell in the corridors is terrible. Food: it's not there. If you came for mashed potatoes, rice, fries and cucumbers, then it is normal. There is no meat, fish in the form of snacks. In Alaska : Mexican food is not delicious, in Italian caesar is just lettuce leaves and 2 micro!!! Rubber shrimps, but very tasty fish, Turkish - they were waiting for meat, but they brought a micro kebab made of rubber lamb and offal. We just didn't go to the fish shop anymore. Good animators for children, 2 water parks (children's super , the second one is crying without repair). Rooms: we lived in the most (in their opinion) good building (pools inside and around the outer perimeter) - wooden doors to the balcony, creaking stairs to the third floor (2-storey room), torn bedding, refrigerator does not cool. The corridors are dirty, the elevator is very dirty and the trash cans by the elevator are always full of cigarette butts. I saw other rooms in other buildings - wildly old furniture, smells very strongly of sewage. The toilets on site are always dirty. Однозначно высший бал, это лучший отель в котором я отдых. Большая территория, завтрак,обед,ужин еды столько что глаза разбегаются, все очень вкусное, горы раков, мяса и тд. Алкоголь импортный чивас, реми мартин , джемисон, найдете все что любите. Я три дня давал на баре звезда по 1S, потом бармен мне наливал без очереди и делал норм коктели. Вечерняя анимация это целая шоу программа, приезжали и пели звезды. Отель рекомендую и обязательно приеду еще раз.

Children can be taken to kindergarten, that is, a nursery is generally super. Подойдёт тем, кто любит отдыхать среди большого количества людей. Компактная территория содержит большой номерной фонд, кучу баров и кафе, небольшой аквапарк с тремя горками и детский аквапарк, один бассейн с "лягушатником" на центральной площади. Здание, в котором расположено лобби и главный ресторан, поражает своими размерами и величием. И всё это стилизовано под комплекс зданий на Красной площади в Москве. Необычно и прикольно. Пляж не большой, но места всем желающим хватает, скорее возле бассейна наблюдается ажиотаж. Еда и напитки хорошего качества, меню разнообразное. Вода в бутылках на каждом углу. Спа центр с тренажёрным залом и доп.услугами тоже в наличии. Кстати, здешний тренажёрный зал оснащён лучше всех, которые я видел в подобных отелях. Не хватает только кроссовера. Есть детский клуб. Днём на поляне возле пляжа проходят детские мероприятия. Вечером для детей бывают танцы на сцене Collosseum или танцевальные шоу с приглашёнными артистами. Вечером на открытой сцене проходят концерты и дискотеки. Рекомендую.

Все на отлично! Еда вкусная, разнообразная, всего на всех хватает, голодными точно не останетесь. На входе в отеле стоит девушка разливает шампанское! Алкоголь в большом ассортименте есть барах, в отеле, и у бассейна.
Там же есть снеки, мороженое, рыба на мангале.
Есть бассейны, где анимация, пенная дискотека, есть для спокойного отдыха на шезлогах с мягкими матрасами. Есть крытые бассейны с джакузи, есть открытые. Никто ни у кого на головах не сидит, всем места хватает. В номерах есть сейф, бесплатный вайфай, бар с напитками, мыло, шампунь, кондиционер для волос, крем после бритья. В общем куча разных тюбиков. В номерах чисто, все необходимое есть.

We had a rest in late October and early November.There was a family room for 4 people) on two levels, the children were delighted with the presence of a separate room and bathroom on the 2nd floor.Perfectly clean linen, towels were changed 2 times a day, the first time we meet this (maybe it wasn't like that in other buildings, we don't know, our whole family building was perfectly clean everywhere). It is detached with its own pool in the courtyard.
The food was varied - there was chicken, fish, and beef. I was pleased with the 24-hour restaurant "Terem" with the availability of full-fledged food: soups, meat, vegetables, sweets around the clock - you could take your time for breakfast and lunch and dinner at a convenient time for us (this is important to us). In terms of food, the hotel is generally super - there is something to eat throughout the whole day. The beach is small, but there are a lot of sunbeds. On the downside, there are few umbrellas, it will be hard in the heat, but we were in October, there was no heat. But you can stay on the lawn under the palm trees right in front of the beach.
Every evening there are interesting shows, concerts, and a disco. The only drawback is the hotel on the outskirts, we have to go to the city, we went by bus (but we need to buy a special card at the bus stop). The nearest shops can be reached within a 30-minute walk. We were 2 families, very happy with the hotel!

So let's say it's better in the picture. A hotel for retirement (round-the-clock monotonous food, a good beach and sleep in a room with a dead air conditioner). There is no animation (there are 3 animators for the whole hotel), but there is a whole building with entertainment and a daily show for children.
A couple of times a good DJ came and arranged beautiful OpenAir in the air, otherwise evening shows of local guest performers.
I think the price tag is too high. The hotel is tired, although beautiful from the outside. It would be 40% cheaper, maybe I would think about going there again.
I think it's a stretch, but you deserve 4 stars.
P.S. Do not take a taxi to the reception and do not buy anything in the shops at the hotel - there are horse price tags. It is better to find the GetTransfer website and take it there, you can even pay with a mir card in rubles.

Два года подряд отдыхали в этом отеле(2022 и 2023) всё очень понравилось! Из минусов нет спорт зала(в 1
2023 году появились тренажёры на улице и нет развлечений типа боулинга или бильярда) .
Из плюсов всегада есть места на пляже (не нужно утром занимать) с лежаками у бассейнов посложнее , но тоже всегда находили места.
Аниматоры огонь почти все остались с 2022 года , но из стало меньше ! Близко к городу , так что такси 35 доллоров до торговвх центров!
Общее впецатление супер!

Отель супер. Очень удобно отдыхать с детьми. Поесть можно везде бесплатно. Ультра все включено. Вечером концертная программа. 7 дней можно отдыхать, дальше надоедает. Уборка номера была каждый день + напитки в номер бесплатно. Сейф в номере. Вай фай по всему отелю и всей зоне отдыха, очень удобно. Никаких дополнительных доплат.

Были в Кремлине с 06.05.2023 по 13.05.2023. Отель очень понравился. Красиво, номер у нас был стандарт, но он после ремонта, все чисто, свежо. Вначале нам дали номер с выходом на дорогу, было шумно. На ресепшен сразу попросили другой номер, спасибо Лилии, она нам дала номер с видом на море. Бассейны были прохладные, но детей это не останавливало. Детский клуб очень хороший. Вечерние шоу супер.
На счет питания, голодными не оставались, но даже арбузов не было. Картошка фри на высоте!)
Весь персонал приветливый, все улыбаются, помогают по каждому вопросу!
Отель рекомендую!
