The reviews on each site are the same and not very good, the owner of this institution, apparently, is not very interested in the impression of his customers, who are fiercely trying to attract discounts and advertising on social networks) One star for a delicious pizza , fast delivery and one star for a polite courier , there is nothing more to put a star for. Sauces are often not put in , although they are punched in the receipt. This time is no exception, 2 sauces were not delivered. The cost of one sauce is 2 rubles, considering that there have been several such times, it's too bad to lose rubles due to employee negligence. Previously, we turned a blind eye, this time, because of the principle, we were asked to return and deliver the full order. Naturally, we will eat the pizza cold until the unfortunate two sauces arrive, the time is 23 hours + I won't accept an order next time, if it's incomplete, respect someone else's time.

We always enjoyed ordering pizza. Delicious, the price is reasonable But lately we've been getting more and more excited. Even on an ordinary weekday, you have to wait for the courier for about two hours, or even more. The pizza arrives cold. And the quality is not the same anymore. And now the whole family is busy waiting for the courier. It's been over two hours. And this has already become a constant practice. I used to love this place, but now I don't recommend it to anyone.

I ordered baked rolls, as a result, after 1.40 delivery they were brought cold, although in the last 5 times they were always brought warm. Well, it didn't upset me much, but when the sand began to creak on my teeth ... Calling the institution, they asked me to send a photo (it's not clear why) after viewing the photo, they wrote: "Girl, we have nothing to do with sand in our production. Vegetables are thoroughly washed and processed. Maybe it's fried sesame seeds. As an apology, we can offer a 15% discount on the next takeaway order." I did not agree, I offered to provide discounts on delivery. I don't want to come there for an order because of their joints. To which they replied, it is possible, but the delivery is paid. Customer orientation is at the highest level. We have been ordering for 3 years and everything has always been fine.
