I have visited this Kravta point several times The last visit (on 10/15/2024 at 16:50) left me with not the most pleasant impressions I wanted to consult with a consultant, but there were only two employees in the room, and they were busy with other customers When I came to the checkout to pay for the product, they didn't even greet me. In general, I got the impression that the employee working at the checkout was very negative, despite the fact that I did not give reasons for such behavior towards myself ☹️ Despite this, I want to note that the location of the store is excellent and the prices are quite pleasant. However, the quality of service still needs to be improved 😔

I take the stars off for the service. Previously, I assumed that I had not entered successfully, maybe the seller was not in the mood, etc., but this time, given that this was not the first time I had encountered such a situation in this particular store, I leave a review. It is impossible to find something definite on your own (I applied for a certain tonal and mascara), the consultant suggested alternatives, and at the same time consulted three more. In such a fuss, I seem to have chosen an alternative cream, they brought it to the cashier. I started choosing mascara, a similar situation. The consultant is running all over the room. I decided not to waste time and went to the checkout with one cream. Consultants continue to advise everyone, there is no one to calculate. Waiting for payment discouraged all desire to buy anything at all. She left without waiting for the seller, leaving the desired cream. I've wasted my time!
