Disgusting work of a person!!!!! It's amazing how, with such a relationship with customers, something is somehow sold at all!!!! Today we went to the store and we were met by a girl Natalia (a brunette with short hair), with whom we said hello, but she is not with us!!!! Next, they asked for a tester, because there was no perfume in the window, which they refused, when they came to pay at the checkout, the discount that was making its way through the checkout and was visible to me, Natalia decided to cancel. Usually, in any porfume. manazine is always offered samples, but this question was categorically refused by Natalia. It's a pity that because of consultants like Natalia, the attitude towards the store is completely changing and the desire to go shopping there has disappeared forever!
