The store is good, there are good brands, but why sell luxury if 80% is never there?
The staff on the Soviet side is terrifying. I asked to pick up a primer, they showed 3 and everything is more expensive than 110p - lux. When asked if there was anything else, they said no! And as a result, I found 5 more pieces cheaper, for 70p, 30, etc.
Why is this a lie? Does the staff not know about the goods or is it cheating to make sales? If I need a suite, I will go to the stand and take it without consultation, when I need it, I don't need a lot of intelligence here)
Two stars only for the availability of the store, it saves when there is no time to wait for a parcel from ZIA
The choice is better on Varshavskoye highway and the staff is competent

I read reviews where they say that the staff looks at the visitors with a grin, lol, look at how this guy with a badge walks around in red grandfather socks and shot trousers)
Consultants can barely move, stop drinking brake fluid.
The only adequate person (outwardly) is a woman with dark hair, as far as I know, this is the director, at least she was a couple of years ago.
