A large gym, lots of paws, pears, good equipment. Instructors give cool self-defense techniques for the street and various life conflict situations. Suitable for any age and training. Affordable prices for such a gym and the level of coaches

A great self-defense room, located as if in a basement, you go through small catacombs, but then there is a cool locker room and a high-flying hall I recommend signing up and trying krav maga :)
