On 12/30/2018, I turned to the hairdresser at 17 Studentskaya Street, Pinsk.with a request to dye the roots blonde.I came at 12:00, left at 16:00.Pakrikmacher Tatiana gained a lot of customers and did not have time to serve everyone on time.First, I was discolored, then tinted, then a tinted purple balm was applied, which lasts from 5 to 15 minutes. They kept it on me for exactly 25 minutes.Then they washed their hair 10 times to wash off the purple hair.I refused to go with purple hair, the master began to paint over my hair again without asking.I sat for 20 minutes. As a result, I had a reaction due to ignorance and my hair fell off on the right side.She didn't say anything about that.I came with hair that was long to the waist, went shoulder-length and a piece of hair on the right side was completely missing.If the balm had not been overexposed and painted over, this situation would not have happened.I paid 57 rubles for this nightmare
