If we compare this barbershop two years ago and now. It's much worse now. The staff is offended by the whole world, there is no customer orientation. Previously, the masters were younger, they asked what and how, but now there are only accusations who cut your hair like that, what about me, what about other clients

It's very stuffy and hot indoors. The air conditioner is out of order (due to a malfunction), and the month of March is currently in the yard.And what happens next when the temperature rises every day?I can imagine how hard it is for employees in such a stuffy environment.The barbershop management is asking you to take appropriate measures!
