No calls were received, but for some reason she persistently tried to convince me that they were trying to notify me, even wanted to send a screenshot of the calls. When I asked if they had notified me, she replied that they had tried to call me. Well, if they "tried", then why didn't they get through? Moreover, I could have offered them my screenshots, since there were no calls. Anastasia preferred to hang up the phone, because there were no arguments. But apparently, the administrators don't care so much about someone else's time that it will do. I ask the management to pay attention to such a "service"

I have been going to this barbershop for more than 3 years and I remain satisfied (I go to the gym by appointment) I really like master Dracheva Elena, I always try to sign up for her, sometimes it doesn't work, but no master, in the gym by appointment, disappointed me, everyone is positive, always smiling and making efforts to find the approach to each client, even the "picky" woman (in my presence), left satisfied. Haircuts and other hairdressing services can be done on a first-come, first-served basis and by appointment (slightly more expensive). A women's haircut for short hair costs 10 rubles. There were no problems with manicure masters either (here only by appointment), an uncoated manicure costs 12 rubles. Sometimes (quite rarely) there are queues, the waiting time can be about 30-40 minutes. The location is convenient (metro stationSports). The haircut in the photo was made in this particular barbershop.

Thanks to the master at the other barbershop for fixing it. But it came out so short.
I will never come to you again!

There are two masters working in the salon in the manicure department. One woman is a sweet and creative person, a good worker. But I was signed up for the second one. This was my first terrible manicure experience. My cuticles were cut, a day later they still hurt from the force of the presses (she said it hurt, there was zero reaction). They didn't do anything that I asked for by design, the result was terrible. Crooked, askew, fingers hurt after a day. The work of the MASTER is not visible! She came out with tears in her eyes. I realized that everything would be bad already on the powder. When the "master" asked if we would put powder for 7 rubles for nail growth, I categorically said "no". She heard it, and eventually put it down. I paid significantly more than usual for THIS (it's not about the cost). Avoid at least the manicure department. Don't repeat my mistakes and if anything happens, just get up and leave!

I was on vacation in Minsk and I don't know any good masters. This salon was closer to home. Master Arzu - I've never had a manicure done so badly..... (she did not hold the tools so skillfully and confidently), there was even one cut, we filled it with peroxide at my request. The most interesting thing began the next day, when everything started to get "shaggy." And all my attempts to trim my own skin did not end well, it did not last long, then everything rose again.
Girls, I do not know where you have great masters in Minsk, but I do not recommend this master. I never write any negative reviews, but here I did not remain silent. Take care of yourself!
