The hairdresser herself is not bad, good staff, administration, I have been coming here for 10 years, but there is a very dubious set of hairdressers in the men's room.
I understand that they work there as self-employed (i.e., the office itself is not affiliated with them and you can't complain about a bad haircut), but you can't deny the fact that absolute idiots often flit in their direction there.
But this happens very rarely, so you can't put your hand below three stars.

The receptionist signed up for root highlighting in the VIP room to the master Anastasia M. The master casually touched her hair and with a sour face stated that highlighting for such a short regrown hair would not undertake to do. And that she doesn't have time for coloring for me. And tinting won't make gray hair go away... Very unprofessional. I accidentally hit the "wrong door". It's time to change this level of service for staff who are not trained to communicate with clients. I do not recommend the master Anastasia M.
P.S. I read the reviews below and understand that denial of service is a normal practice for this "point".
