I'm sorry to consider my complaint. I am a regular customer until today 08/06/2024. I wanted to decorate myself (with a cone of sweets) The seller was unprofessionally, poorly, and rudely served. I couldn't offer any other possible options. The seller is Marina Starovoitova The city of Novopolotsk, 169 Molodezhnaya street Please consider my complaint. In order to prevent such disrespectful attitude of the seller to customers in the future.

On February 28, the store was closed at 15:40 for acceptance of goods. An HOUR later, they knocked and asked how many more would be closed. Answer: we don't know, come back tomorrow. And tomorrow the store is closed for a sanitary day 🤷🏼♀️ I do not recommend going to this store purposefully, so as not to waste time

Novopolotsk "krasny pishchevik" 05/23/2023 morning-in this store I wanted to buy sweets for graduation. But alas...due to the seller's fault, we bought only a couple of positions. The seller's disgusting attitude. It felt like she was in a hurry to catch a train. From her tone and look, you'd think we'd forgotten all about it. And the catchphrase.. what are you asking - that you haven't eaten these waffles or maybe you don't know the taste of marmalade!!! It's something.
