I was happy to regularly order delicious burgers until today they slipped chicken in my order instead of shrimp in a shrimp burger. It was just a big piece of chicken, not a couple of shrimp. I threw off a photo of a burger where the chicken is clearly visible, but they still claim that there was no mistake on their part and it's a shrimp, although in my opinion everything is obvious from the photo. Due to a short-term profit of a couple thousand tenge, they take the client for fools and terminate their relationship with him. By the way, I contacted the franchise's quality control and they said that the case was egregious, the employees communicate rudely and generally acted terribly. They promised that they would give the contacts to the owner and he would contact me, but this did not happen.
